Un peu excentré,
Amazing shower and bathroom with a really impressive set of features. We had a large room which was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was well below average and we probably should have foregone this and gone to the bakery down the street instead
Of the 5 places we stayed in Japan over the last two months, the service, whilst perfunctory and polite, stood out as the weakest of the places we stayed. The staff and the hotel hand book were not aligned, and it felt like more training and thought to the brand was needed so that the user experience is more thoughtful.
Spacious room, the bathroom area and the water stream was on point after a long trip. Of course breakfast to the room.
The living room area curtains were moldy and the edges of the shower floor too.

Amazing stay - staff was incredibly helpful, especially Alex, who helped us with directions, recommendation and reservations!
Room was huge and extremely well designed, especially the bath which had a tub plus separate shower with multiple options (showerhead, rain, single stream, multi-direction).
The bed was extremely nice - I cannot stress enough how nice the bed was.
Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto!
The double room we got was really big and comfortable considering we were travelling with our toddler. The bed was huge and the bathroom and shower were really new and big. The location was great too, there is no public transport right at the door but the hotel is kind of in the middle of Kyoto, so you can easily walk to a lot of places within a 30min walk.
The breakfast was not awesome but was good enough. There is no choice, the only you can choose is whether you want to have it at the hotel reception or in the room
Wonderful breakfast delivered every morning to the room. Fantastic staff, very comfortable.
It is odd to have to pay extra for a baby crib. Tucked away on a one-way street that was a bit dangerous to walk down (only because of cars) without a proper sidewalk.
