Staff were amazing. On arrival a the entrance, the road was blocked with no way in., The response to our phone call for assistance was extremely understanding and talked us through ' how to get there'.
All staff throughout the resort were smiley and helpful.

We don't live in the UK, so it was a pleasure to be welcomed by the staff throughout the resort, as well as on the golf course, from Stanley the Caddie master- to the main man Ashleigh- who clearly runs a tight ship. ( working in all areas himself, with a keen eye)
Lots of space to walk around and relax. Good restaurant on site, excellent breakfast served from 07.30am to 12 noon! Great place for corporate events, weddings and other celebrations.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms (apart from WiFi - see below!) , helpful staff.
Very poor WiFi service through the property - an essential for a hotel in its relatively isolated location with patchy data coverage. We were relying on mobile apps to, e.g. book cabs, and it was a source of stress every time we tried to leave the hotel, which we had to do frequently and under deadlines to attend various family funeral events over the course of our stay.
Also, Sandy Lane is partially closed for major works and it would have been helpful to be advised of the concomitant traffic diversion before we arrived.
Very Peaceful location, great balcony overlooking the gold course, nice quality food. Gentleman on reception was very welcoming
The road closures caused confusion with taxis, but really nothing the hotel could do about it.
De lodge ligt in een prachtige omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht. De kamers zijn smaakvol en modern ingericht en hebben comfortabele bedden. Het restaurant verzorgt verder prima eten.
Ik hoorde een apparaat dat af en toe aanging en miste een comfortabele stoel op de hotelkamer.
