Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr schön. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sauber

Es war nirgends ausgeschrieben, dass eine Servicegebühr anfällt wenn man sich im Wellnessbereich Getränke bringen lassen hat. Das war eine negative Überraschung denn es waren insgesamt fast 30€ Servicegebühr. Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich selbst ins Restaurant gegangen zum Bestellen. Unser Hotelzimmer ist als Einzelzimmer super. Aber als Doppelzimmer nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Bett ist viel zu klein. Das Abendessen a la carte war katastrophal. Schnitzel nicht durchgebraten. Zweiter Versuch leider auch gescheitert weil es stark angebrannt war. Hungrig ins Bett gegangen.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Hallenbad war deutlich unter den angegebenen 28,3°C, hätte also etwas wärmer sein können.

Sehr schön zu zweit oder mit Familie ❤️👏
Pros:

Lage und Blick sind einmalig, Essen im Restaurant ist lecker. Sauna und Schwimmbad mit Außen-Whirlpool sind großartig!
Wir kommen wieder, vielleicht im Winter, wenn der hauseigene Hang mit Liften zum Skifahren genutzt werden kann.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Zimmer war soweit auch ok. Die Kissen bißchen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Wellness Bereich konnte gar nicht punkten. Laut Personal wurde das Wasser gewechselt. Der Pool war so kalt das ein eintauchen nicht möglich war.
