Urlaub, wie er sein soll
Pros:

Die Lage am See mit direktem Seezugang und hauseigenem Restaurant. Das Team ist sehr freundlich-familiär, entgegenkommend und ist auch auf einzelne Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Das gute Miteinander wirkt sich auch auf die Gäste aus: alle sind wohlgestimmt, freundlich und gehen entspannt miteinander um. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns auf die Abende auf der Sonnenterrasse und die Liegewiese. 😊

Overall good value for the money. Had all the things you expect for this category, it was also very clean. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and friendly.

The lady at reception was very helpful, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff.
During breakfast, the two restaurant staff members were openly arguing while serving guests, making their conflict obvious and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The male receptionist even tried to get involved, which only made the situation more awkward. The service was not bad, but this situation was disturbing.
Later, we were in a hurry to leave for an appointment when we found ourselves trapped in the hotel parking garage. The exit door was closed, and there was no one at reception for about 10 minutes. When the receptionist finally arrived, my husband asked how to open the garage door. Although he was understandably frustrated, the receptionist responded by shouting and just then - helping. We were then told that the only way to open the garage was to leave the car, go outside to trigger the door, wait for it to open, return to the car, and then drive out - an inconvenient and illogical system. The receptionist even admitted, while shouting in Italian, that it "wasn't logical, but that's how it is."
The following morning, the same receptionist spent around 15 minutes chatting with another guest about his personal plans and family while I was waiting simply to return my key and check out. A more professional approach would have been to excuse himself briefly, process my checkout, and then continue the conversation.
Overall, while the lady receptionist was excellent, the unprofessional behaviour of the other staff left us with a bad impression.

Pros:

Hotel bardzo czysty. Pyszne śniadania z pięknym widokiem na jezioro. Prywatna plaża z leżakami, molo i bezpośrednim dostępem do jeziora jest zdecydowanie wielkim atutem hotelu. Hotel przyjazny psom, bez ograniczeń z dostępem do restauracji i plaży (wyjątkiem są leżaki co jest zrozumiałe). Wokół hotelu dużo miejsc do spacerów. Do zabytkowej części miasta spacerem około 25 min. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Das Personal sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Garage, die bei Schlechtwetter benutzt werden kann.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte es meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr Auswahl geben, aber gs. war alles vorhanden. Ich habe gerne Decken zum Schlafen, anstelle von Bettlaken, aber auch das ist im südlichen Raum gs. typisch.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem netten Hotel mit einer perfekten Lage am See. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war wunderschön! Freundliches Personal und mit dem Hund gab es auch keine Probleme

Cons:

Preisleistung beim Essen und Trinken war nicht ganz so toll und dass man am Nachmittag manchmal keine Liegen mit Schirm mehr bekommen hat war jetzt aber nicht ganz so schlimm für uns.

Pros:

Opravdu čistý, udržovaný hotel. Velmi milá recepce, nebylo problém cokoliv domluvit. Krásné západy slunce u jezera. Soukromá pláž velkou výhodou, jen není dostatek slunečníků pro všechny hosty. Zahrada je krásná, udržovaná, dá se najít stín i tam. Kombinace jezera a bazénu je ideální i pro děti. Jezero z pláže od hotelu mělké, s kamínky. V docházkové vzdálenosti od hotelu i další pláže, bary, restaurace. Dojít lze pěšky i do starého města.

Cons:

Klimatizace byla trochu hlučnější, ale je skvělé, že byla, určitě jsme ji využili. Restaurace přímo u hotelu byla dražší a cena úplně neodpovídala poskytnutému servisu.

Mukava ja rauhallinen hotelli omalla yksityisellä rannalla
Pros:

Hotelli on rauhallisella paikalla ja sillä on oma yksityisranta. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen on erinomainen, kuten myös illallinen hotellin omassa ravintolassa. Huoneemme oli rannalta poispäin toisessa rakennuksessa ylimmässä kerroksessa. Huoneesta oli näköala talojen ja kattojen lomasta niemen yli järvelle. Parveke oli illalla varjossa, mikä oli mukavaa kuumina päivinä. Itse Sirmionen keskusta oli tupaten täynnä ihmisiä, joten sieltä oli kiva palata hotellille rentoutumaan.
