Best place to stay in the city with an average budget.
Pros:

It's the cleanest place stayed in Danang. Very accessible to shops and spas. Food was great at the buffet, clean and organise. Staff are friendly and able to speak english. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. 🌺🫶

Me & my family will never come back to stay in this hotel. First Time & The Last time.

I booked this hotel two months in advance, but upon check-in the staff told me my booking was “not found” and that the hotel was fully booked. As a foreign traveler, this was extremely stressful. After I insisted, they suddenly found a room and gave it back to me. This situation should never have happened and shows poor booking management and lack of empathy. Good location, but terrible handling of guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, helpful staff and competitive rate
Pros:

The location was excellent. I had a clear view of the Dragon Bridge from my window, and the hotel is conveniently close to the river, restaurants, ATMs, the night market, and other amenities.

Breakfast was acceptable but unremarkable. The main issue was food management rather than quality. Portions were tightly controlled, and basic items such as bread or butter ran out several times, requiring guests to ask staff to replenish them.

I really liked this hotel even before arriving, as they accommodated my request and assigned me a high-floor room with an incredible view of the Dragon Bridge. The nightly rate was very good value.

The staff were helpful throughout my stay, especially the daytime receptionist, Thu, who was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist.

The hotel also offers a secure, 24/7 staffed motorcycle parking area. This gave us complete peace of mind when leaving our hired motorcycle at the hotel throughout our stay.

I will definitely return to Da Nang and would stay at this hotel again due to its excellent price, service, and location.
