Pros:

Wunderbares altes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Wirtsleuten. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein, das Bad ein Raumwunder aber piccobello! Für mich allein war das Zimmer perfekt!
Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe gemacht und ausgesprochen umfangreich. Da ist es fast schade, wenn man kein großer Frühstücker ist.
Empfehlenswertes Haus, sicher auch für einen längeren Wanderurlaub.

Für ein Wochenende super - wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Andre und Sebastian waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Ihr Tipp schon am Freitag nach Traben-Trarbach in die Weinkeller zufahren = Gold wert. 😊
Frühstück war super und ausreichend. Zimmer zwar etwas klein, aber sauber. Kostenlose Busverbindung nach Traben-Trarbach und Bernkastel-Kues.

Cons:

Die Bäder sind sehr klein und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hohe Einstiege in die Duschen, daher nicht unbedingt Barrierefrei.

A clean, convenient stay with helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel was surprisingly clean. My meeting was in Krov so the location was also convenient. The staff was so helpful and kind

There was no coffee machine in the room. The walls were thin so there were some noise from other rooms.

Pros:

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Chef. Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frische Bäckerbrötchen auch am Wochenende. Das Essen im Restaurant war super lecker. Das Rindersteak war ein Traum 👌der Gastraum war schön weihnachtlich geschmückt und das Frühstück sehr gut 👍 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas klein dadurch ist auch keine Heizung vorgesehen. Das Zimmer was sehr hellhörig.Ich denke mit den nächsten Investitionen wird sich das auch ändern. Das hat aber auf die Bewertung keinen Einfluss.

Cozy, warm and clean, quiet and still in center of Kröv.
Pros:

Perfect hospitality, Sebastian was so heplful, I arrived very late and there were clear instructions how to enter my room. Breakfast wonderfull and I loved their coffee. I had a very late flight and asked them if I can check out later. Sebastian allowed me to stay as much as I needed after checkout and that doesn't happen often anymore.

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung, Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gaststube war gemütlich. Wir hatten zusätzlich einen Terrassenbereich, den wir leider auf Grund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht besonders gut.

Fantastisch.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke en warme ontvangst. Je voelt je direct welkom. De uitbaters doen alles met veel liefde.
Het ontbijt was dik in orde. Ook het eten s'avonds in het restaurant is een aanrader.

Pros:

Wir waren als Paar dort und hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Personen, sehr sauber und mit Details liebevoll hergerichtet.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es war alles da was man braucht. Auch ein Essen abends im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Aussergewöhnlich zu erwähnen ist das Personal, das sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist. Auch die Hausherren sind sehr auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ;-)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel war gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen war sehr geschmackvoll. Das Team versuchte uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie hatten für jedes Problem,wenn möglich,eine Lösung gefunden. Bei allen war die Freundlichkeit keine Pflicht sondern eine Kür.
Wir danken diesem Superteam für die fürsorgliche Gastfreundlichkeit und wünschen für die Zukunft weiterhin viel Erfolg .
