Very good clean hotel

Whilst working on business in Ponta Grossa. I stayed at the Barbur Plaza for 8 nights. The hotel is flawlessly clean with very good facilities. The room was immaculately serviced and was a good quality room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Sandro was an english speaking member of staff and couldnt be more helpful if he tried. But his colleagues were as friendly and helpful.

I train a lot so the gym standard was welcome for a hotel. The pool area is well kept and would look very inviting if wasn't the middle of winter. When I return to this customer in Ponta Grossa I wont hesitate to stay at the Barbur Plaza.

Pros:

O Hotel em si é bom. Porém é um hotel que não volto, não me sinto mais a vontade e nem confiança.

Cons:

Passei por uma situação horrivel após a minha última hospedagem. Era um hotel que sempre ficava a trabalho, porém hoje não recomendo a ninguém.

Me senti muito desconfortavel pela situação. Hoje, se alguém tiver realmente que se hospedar, digo: fiquem atentos.
