Andiroba Palace es un ingrediente importante para hacer una estancia excelente en Chiapas.
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, la ubicación es excelente👌

Cons:

Sólo no me gustó que durante el primer día de estancia se olvidaron de hacer la limpieza a la habitación, "no sé que sucedió"🤷 pero fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.

Llega a descansar y a nadar con toda la familia
Pros:

Limpieza alberca baños ropa de cama todo estaba impecable y tranquilidad total y bloqueo de sonido en las habitaciones por lo que duermes largo y tendido

Cons:

Todo nos gustó mucho aunque un vecino fumaba que olía hasta afuera y lo comenté en recepción y en seguida fueron a hablar con él y dejó de fumar ya no olió más

Cons:

El personal de la recepción en la noche no conoce la ciudad ni el estado, no podía recomendar nada. El acomodador de coches nos sacó del apuro. Se requiere capacitación. En todo lo demás es un excelente hotel.

Location was great, convenient, safe. The pool was cool and the staff is OK with you being in the pool after hours as long as you're quite and polite. AC rocks! And the rooms are decently big with real nice bathroom and fridge.
