Demanding ful refund & compensation from hotelscom
Pros:

The address can not lead to the place using any map.
I roamed with the taxi for hours to find the place making me incur unnecessary taxi costs.

It's not qualified to be a hotel.
They did not know about my paid reservation and requested I pay cash again.
They refused to check me in because I wasnt willing to pay again after having already paid online to hotels.com.

I demand a refund from hotels.com.
I don't know why hotels.com will use such a place.
I have used hotels.com several times and I advice they should be careful with their Nigeria listings.

When struggling to find the place, I called the number which came with the reservation, and it appeared to be a Kenya (instead of Nigeria) number which goes unanswered too.

Then I sent email to hotels.com but have not received any response as at about 12hours now
I am highly disappointed with hotels.com for listing someone's "house" as a hotel.
I DEMAND FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FROM HOTELS.COM

Katastrophal.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel sollte man aus dem Programm nehmen. Leistungen wie Frühstück und WLAN geschweige 24 Stunden Service ist nicht gegeben. Die Dusche und Toilette kann man nicht nutzen da das übel riechende Toilettenwasser ausläuft und man sich gar nicht getraut das Bad zu betreten. Leider wurde mir im nachhinein lediglich eine Rückerstattung von 5 Euro gegeben und die letzten zwei Nächte die ich storniert habe aufgrund des katastrophalen Zustandes wurden auch nicht zurückerstattet.
