Location in NuLu was perfect for our other plans. Walking to great food and nightlife. Parking on site, great for a city hotel.

Great location right in the heart of Louisville. Extremely walkable great for an evening out on the town.
Everything GREAT, will stay here again. Only two minor complaints: breakfast seemed overpriced, but plenty of options in the neighborhood; and the wifi connection was a little convoluted compared to other hotels. But otherwise excellent hotel. Great room.

Really disappointing stay. Used reward nights and got an upgrade, but honestly felt like a complete waste.
Check-in was disorganised with no proper communication, and the room wasn’t cleaned until nearly 5pm. Noise was unbearable — karaoke blaring all afternoon and evening, and nonstop boom-boom music echoing through the building. Then cars were racing up and down Market Street all night with music blaring. No chance of any proper rest.
The gym was a state — dirty, with used towels left everywhere — and the toilets by reception and the gym were filthy, with paper towels all over the floor and clearly not checked regularly.
Expected far better. Definitely won’t be returning.
I loved my stay at this property, the room was exceptional. I loved the small thoughtful items, such as the q-tips and nail filer in the bathroom. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The property itself was well appointed and the location was great. The problem we had with it was the loud vehicle noises coming from the street below. It sounded like they were drag racing and it was hard to sleep.
The bar was nice and convenient.
The shower was not clean.
