Pros:

la ubicación excelente
la distribución del apartamento estaba muy bien para tres personas y en general estaban muy bien en cuanto a mantenimiento

Cons:

no tenía parking privado si no que se usa el mismo que el de la plaza (a la orilla de la calle) entonces a ciertas horas se llena y el único lugar que quedaba para estacionar era por el acceso al mar
otro punto que deberían mejorar es la limpieza exterior, ya que las gradas de acceso están sobre el área donde guardan los basureros de los locales y de los apartamentos entonces había un mal olor en la entrada, además de que no hay un buen sistema de alcantarillas entonces en toda el área huele mucho a aguas negras

Location, decoration, size, comfort, ease of check in & access, well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

Missing amenities & basic cooking things (like salt & pepper), power went out a couple of times and with it went water.

Pros:

The cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive!!
The room design was really pretty and comfortable

Cons:

For the price, it's only missing a pool but i noticed there is no space.
Also, the main door to the hall of the apartments should be locked and only be opened if you have a code.(the one right up the stairs)
Apartment #1 door seemed like it had been forced in the past, me me feel a bit insecure that someone could get to the door easily

Pros:

Fab apartment in Santa Teresa! You’re directly in between Playa Carmen and Playa Teresa so you have easy access to both areas :)
Cleaner is lovely and super friendly and cleans the apartment every day.

Cons:

Had to chase property owner for check in details when we arrived but the cleaner helped and got there in the end :)

The good and the bad
Pros:

The facilities and the location make the place perfect to stay. You can have restaurants, super market and the beach just by walkin.

Cons:

There are so many constructions on the area, thats unplacent. You dont want to visit the beach and hear the noice of the city around. It suppost to be a natural and relaxing place.

Great location
Pros:

Good location, comfortable clean place, great housekeeping. Excellent cafe downstairs from the building, small supermarket and restaurants nearby, bus station in front of building. Close acces to beach. Very much enjoyed my stay at plaza Royal.
