I don’t have another option so I will stay again😩
Pros:

Location is excellent. The staff is cooperative but there are a few untrained and unkempt personnel

Cons:

Food that was once the hallmark of this place is now bad. Had to encounter partially cooked , stale and tasteless stuff at different times . The breakfast spread lacks quality and variety

Nice staff, large suite with 2 full bathrooms. Clean and close to everything.

Cons:

Coffee shop opened very late in the day but online it says it's 24 hrs. Most people want their espresso first thing in the morning, and not late in the afternoon. Should consider doing early morning, because there's no other espresso place near the hotel.

A decent stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

The rooms are spacious. Very near to bus station and railway stations. The roof top bar restaurant is really good.

Cons:

The parking will be mostly full. The building is a bit old and hence has its layout issues.

Pros:

I like the hotel was centrally located and the food was good.

Cons:

I didn't like the housekeeping very poor and needs a total upgrade in services. There is a stench in tbe hallways possibly from the carpets. The staff are not well versed with the facilities and basic information about the hotel restaurants. The room services are not available in the early hours even for a coffee. There was a frequent cut off in power which kept switching the aircon off.

Reception staff .. Esoecially one lady staff rude, unprofessional, artogant impolite nd not understanfing the gravity of situation nd helping. Instead made things difgicult with artogancy nd demanding nature.

Locker was not functional. Changed multiple times without any result
Requested chsngr of toom as we had just 10mts left yo reach funcyoon site which was not attended to, nd instead ahn sd will chsnge anther locker. Tried telling we font hv time, all in vein..

Ordered juice.. Said the restaurant staff noobr to bring it
