Nice place for a little vacation. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. My overall experience at the Hotel KGA was excellent.

Good place to stay in Tiruvella.

The whole 5th floor smelled like a bathroom. It was the banquet floor with public toilets. In the room too the bathroom smelled very damp and nauseating.
The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Just the smell.
Bed headboard was warped. Looked like water damage. Under the bed and mattress was dirty. They really should check this area. Sheets and rest were clean.
AC was not the most powerful but good enough.
They also should maybe install a couple of dimmer bulbs. All the bulbs/lights were very bright. Need the bed ones to be dimmer. And maybe need a night light.
Iron and ironing board worked well.

Clean,quiet and safe. Close to shopping and transportation.Friendly staff. Dining onsite.
There was no wall or alarm clock in the room. Only local channels available on the tv. No English language channels. No bright lighting in the wash room especially in front of the mirror for shaving or make up. Stayed 10 nights, these are very important necessities for a long stay. Please convey this to the Hotel management. Didn' t get room on the requested floor( at the time of booking) due to mobility issues eventhough there was rooms vacant on the lower floors. ( later found out).

Spacious Suite and Convenient Location. Poor WiFi and A/C was not working properly. Bad odor in the hallway

The property and service was good. All the staff were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that the Car parking facility is not attached to the main building.

Property under construction with smoking and alcohol smell. Staff was wonderful to get us a 2 room suite without the smell. Food at the restaurant was great, could use more attention from the servers when busy.

Bed and bedding didn’t meet our expectations. We stayed there for nine days
and will stay there again on our next vaccinations.

The suite created a home away from home vibe. Very clean and spacious, centrally located. The complimentary breakfast was great providing a variety of dishes! Will surely stay there again when I’m in town visiting family

Clean rooms

Stayed in the suites and it was spacious, with a room and bathroom, for each guest that was cleaned and well stocked. The outside windows were dusty and did not allow a view of the outside.

Comfortable stay and all was fine

We had booked 2 rooms and they did not have one room ready until almost 4 hrs past the check in time. Rest was OK.

We were in Tiruvalla visiting family from Canada. The KGA elite is a very great place in the middle of Tiruvalla. It is a western style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. There is plenty of rickshaws available because the hotel is next door to the bus station. The food is excellent at breakfast, in the cafe and at the restaurant. We will be staying here when we come back.

The check in process was horrible. Without any assistance we were given the card keys for the 4th floor room. It was wide open and pitch dark. There were a few people drinking in the adjacent room . Unable to use the room we went back and got ourselves another room on another floor. Dead tired , we ignored the empty beer and liquor bottles in the passage. KGN Elite should either stop letting out their rooms to influential tipplers or have effective arrangements to keep it subdued and employ people to clean up promptly. We check in late no doubt but managing the infrastructure without adequate manpower is unacceptable. This was and is my favorite hotel and hence looking forward to improvements. Please take the feedback proactively
