We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We would especially like to thank Rowena from the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent facilities. Our sincere appreciation goes to the Front Office team, especially Fatima and Santosh, as well as Eduardo and Ms. Carla for their outstanding service. A special thanks to Ms. Charise from the Hygiene team, who ensured that the food was served properly and that everything was well maintained. Her dedication contributed greatly to our enjoyable dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend your hotel to others.

النظافة وحسن الاستقبال وسرعة دخول الغرف واشكر الاستاذ زكريا
انا بصراحه لأول مرة أسكن بالفندق هذا بناءا على التقييمات ولاحظت كثرة المديح للسيد الأستاذ زكريا..
وفعلا من أول استقبال لي حين وصولي كان هو المتواجد وأخجلني بتواصعه وأخلاقه العاليه بصراحه قمة في الاخلاق والتعاون هذا هم اصحاب الخبرة الذين يريدون كسب عملائهم
من خلال وضع الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب.. شكرا جزيلا استاذ زكريا ولنا عوده إن شاءالله تعالى.اما بالنسبة لباقي الأشياء فكلها كانت رائعه وجميله والهدوء في المكان ماشاءالله ايضا الفطور كان جميل ومناسب .

ماعدى شيء واحد فقط وهو وجود صرصور في دورة المياه أعزك الله شافه ابني الصغير وخاف ولكن انحلت المشكله..
ارجو اخذ ذلك بعين الاعتبار وهذا لاينقص من حجم ومكانة وفخامة الفندق

الفندق فخم وكل العاملين فيه احترافيين بدأ من البواب وحامل الحقائب وصولاً الى الاستقبال وكذلك موظفي المطعم لهم كل الشكر وأخص بالشكر (Ramesh) / مروان / زكريا جميعهم خدومين ويقومون بعملهم باحترافية عالية.
الطريق المؤدي إلى مدخل الفندق فيه نوع من الصعوبه.
