Great comfortable stay with good overall value
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and best of all was the fact that drop and pick up from Maa Vaishno-Devi main entrance was free!

Cons:

Overall cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was also clean.

Cons:

The hotel car driver who took us to the gate to start our Vaishno Devi journey, stopped at a store and said that we should buy some items for Mata Rani. The store owner then conned us to buy silver items and other gifts for Devi that was unnecessary. It was a 100 dollars, but the driver should not have led us to make totally unnecessary expense. He probably got a cut. There is no other explanation for such a behavior.

more than value for money with everything you could ask for
Pros:

We got upgraded to a superior room and got early check-in without any extra charges. Centrally located, near main bazar, friendly helpful staff. Excellent food
