Vackert men ödsligt. Långt till restauranger. SPA stängt, shuttlebus ur funktion. Dyr mat.

Vi tilbragte tre nætter på hotellet, og det var samlet set en skuffelse. Hotellet lever ikke op til sin 4-stjerners bedømmelse og billederne lever dårligt op til virkeligheden.

- Personalet er venligt men kun få taler engelsk (på et meget lavt niveau)

- Bungalows er hyggelige og man bliver kørt dertil. Udsigt fra bungalow er flot, men de trænger til bedre rengøring og vedligehold. Det virker en smule slidt og gammelt.

- Lokation er ganske enkelt forfærdelig. Der er ingen spisemuligheder og byen Quy Nhon er ikke meget værd.

- Restauranten på hotellet er på et meget lavt niveau. I særdeleshed aftensmad på hotellet er tæt på uspiselig. Morgenmaden er OK men under hvad forventet er.

Alt i alt ikke en anbefaling og vi vil hverken komme tilbage til Quy Nhon eller Crown Resort.

A nice place. We went there in October, and even though the weather was really hot and sunny, there will be practically no guests. The staff will try their best, but without any knowledge of english at all, you will have a hard time ordering. The last order in the restaurant is at 9.30 pm, and if you get there at 9.15, you will probably get food and drinks, but you will not feel too welcomed. After that, you are on your own. The pool is open 24 hours, and very clean as rest of the area. The pool bar is non existent at this time of year, as they will have to order everything from the restaurant….it takes about 15-20 minutes to get a beer. The beach is of course open, as it is a “private” beach, but you are not allowed to swim there, as the waves are too high. Solution: just walk 100 feet any other way, and you can swim as much as you like. The bungalows are really nice and clean, and close to the beach. You will hear the waves at night, and have a feel of luxury, but don’t expect too much out of season. Bring some food and drinks before you arrive, as the restaurant and bar is way overpriced! If you want to make business on foreigners and tourists, you need to be able to communicate in basic english.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Located directly across from the Gautama Buddha Statue. Resort is rather isolated, so need taxi to get anywhere. There is a nice seafood restaurant next to the resort. Resort offers a shuttle service on the grounds. Rooms are comfortable and are all the same, except for their location. Had beachfront bungalow that was great for sunrise views and convenient to the beach. Beach was kept clean by resort and was great for letting our 8-month old son play in the water. Breakfast buffet was good with typical Vietnamese and Western food available. Dinner at the restaurant is expensive for the food, but is convenient. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Pool is beautiful, but did not utilize. Only negative was other guests walking on our patio at night on the way to their bungalow. This is more of an issue with the guests then the resort. Would give them an overall rating of 4-stars.

Crown Retreat Resort Is located on a beautiful beach and landscape. It’s truly peaceful and quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. The landscaping and attention to detail was impressive.

町から離れた静かな場所にあり、とても良かったです。バンガロービーチビューに宿泊、目の前が本当に直ぐビーチ、お勧めです。朝食はまずまず美味しかったです、ジュースの種類とフルーツが少なかったかな？
夕食も3夜ともホテルのレストランを利用、とても美味しかったです。値段が少し高めでした。

Excellent location close to the sea.

Somewhat overpriced in local standards. The bungalow felt tired and lacked the luxury you would expect.

1. Remote for city centre was good and bad. Great for relaxation, bad for choices to eat.
2. Staff greated me well and did all could make me happy.
3. Bad - No ATM on site, makes paying taxi from airport real difficult.
4. Reserved 2 rooms one with 2 adults, manager was upset when I had guest stay night in that room. It was my room and I choose who stays in my extra room.
5. Food and service was great, noise at room was tolerable from highway.
6. Bad - no airport shuttle.
7. Good - Spa staff "Ceil" was excellent and friendly, took time explain all options.
8. Waite staff and cooks went out of their way to ensure you were happy. To many to name individually.

I was very pleased with my stay.

프라이빗 해변이 아주 좋았습니다.
위치는 조금 떨어져있어서 주변시설이 아쉬었고, 오직 방갈로 숙소라서 강한 바닷바람으로 천장에서 부스러기 및 도마뱀 똥이 침대및 바닥으로 떨어집니다. 과자부스러기 떨어뜨리자 바로 개미들이 달려듭니다. 벌래싫어하는 분들은 피해주세요. 조용한 분위기에 휴식을 원하시는분들은 추천합니다.
모든 직원들이 친절합니다. 불편한 사항들을 바로 개선해주려고 노력합니다.
조식을 별로지만 매일 저녁 주문한 식사는 너무 맛있고 좋았습니다.

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. It is clean, beautiful and quiet. The beach is great, service was amazing and the food was exceptional. The spa services were also wonderful, relaxing and professional. We are already talking about trying to plan another trip there.

最高でした。何よりも感動するレベルのスタッフのサービス品質です。西洋はもちろん、日本やアジアの5つ星でもなかなか経験出来ない程の高品質でホスピタリティ溢れるスタッフのサービスレベルでした。レストランで立っていても困ったことが無いか絶妙なタイミングで聞いてきてくれたり、色々とサービスを提供しようととても親切で幸せな気持ちになりました。周辺には何もなく、目の前に素敵な寺院と大仏がある程度ですが、休暇をビーチでのんびり過ごしながら、日々の生活や街の喧騒から離れて非日常に浸れ、自分だけの時間を過ごす、まさにリゾートを満喫出来る最高のホテルです。街から離れていますが、泊まりに来る価値があります。

far from the city centre, no restaurants nearby and even the weather was bad during our stay. Nevertheless, crown retreat was such a beautiful place with friendly, attentive and helpful staffs especially receptionist Huyen she is a legend. beautiful view from the room, day and night turn down service was great. Delicious omelette for brekkie. only Vietnamese coffee was available at breakfast buffet but we could order an espresso by paying an extra.

Beautiful spot with great views, excellent pool, exceptional croissants and breads with a really good breakfast and dinner. We would highly recommend the beachfront rooms which are away from a little road/local noise and late check in’s.

Die Gegend drum herum ist etwas karg geraten. Leider ist auf Hotel Restaurant angewiesen, welches ok ist, aber bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas eintönig erscheint.
Absolut positiv zu er erwähnen ist das Spa! Ferner hat man uns aufgrund der späten Abreisezeit einen späteren Check Out Termin eingeräumt.

Thức ăn rất ngon, dù món Á hay Âu đều ngon và trình bày đẹp mắt.
Do ở Bungalow nên máy lạnh có vẻ rất lâu để làm lạnh cả gian phòng.

Hotel is nicely located at a beautiful beach. Our room was near the sea and although I love the sound of the waves we were bit to close to it. Gave to much noise to sleep well. The restaurant is good. Breakfast super and serving proper coffee for extra fee. Now the dinner is almost mandatory at the resort there the nearest city is 17 km away. Our experience was that the western menu that was very small was a challenge for the staff. Appearance was a 10. Medium steak was almost well done. Local dishes were good and tasty with fresh ingredients. Cocktail I had was fantastic.
All with all price / quality is very good.
