Vista pazzesca
Pros:

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che serve, è molto grazioso e spazioso. La cosa impagabile è la vista direttamente sul mare: ti lascia senza fiato.

Isola D'Elba in primavera
Pros:

La terrazza letteralmente a picco sul mare è incredibile...! La vista spazia fino alla Corsica, i tramonti sono meravigliosi. L'appartamento è ben suddiviso, con due camere matrimoniali spaziose ciascuna con il proprio bagno con doccia. In 4 (due adulti e due bambini di 5 e 8 anni) è stata la soluzione perfetta.

Cons:

Esclusivamente la dotazione della cucina (vista l'esclusività dell'appartamento consiglierei di dotarla anche di una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e di un microonde). Sarebbe stato comodo anche avere una lavatrice.

Nel cuore dell'isola d'Elba
Pros:

La vista sul mare dalle vetrate dell'appartamento è impagabile: si rimane letteralmente rapiti dalle onde, dal vento, dai tramonti che caratterizzano questo bellissimo luogo. Inoltre i proprietari della struttura, in particolare Michele, sono stati accoglienti e sempre disponibili ad esaudire eventuali richieste.

Le stanze, ampie e pulite, permettono di rilassarsi e godersi la vista ma anche di cucinare in tutta comodità. Il bagno è ampio, pulito e provvisto di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno.

È stata davvero un'esperienza speciale.

Cons:

Consiglio la sistemazione di alcune porte, tra la cucina e la camera, che avrebbero bisogno di essere riattaccate alle pareti, poiché i battiscopa rischiano di staccarsi. Inoltre cambierei i cuscini, non li ho trovati molto confortevoli.

Soggiorno meraviglioso che ci ha fatto apprezzare l'isola anche in inverno.
Pros:

Appartamento con doppia terrazza panoramica, fantastiche e ben riparate dal vento. Ben arredato, riscaldato e provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. Adatto ad animali domestici. Personale accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è ben posizionata: sul mare e nel cuore del paese; vicina a sentieri e strade da percorrere per passeggiate in natura. In inverno è meraviglioso!

Cons:

La linea del wifi in camera da letto è molto debole. Ma è veramente l'unico difettuccio.

Calme, lumineux avec une vue splendide!
Pros:

La grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, la propreté des lieux, l accueil, les réveils au soleil avec le bruit de la mer et le calme général.

Cons:

Les terrasses sont mitoyennes, donc l' intimité n est pas toujours au top bien que ce soit tout à fait acceptable. Comme il y a plusieurs appartements, on peut parfois entendre les autres locataires, notamment dans les couloirs.
