We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel owner is exceptionally hospitable; even though we arrived very late, he was still waiting at the hotel to welcome us. Although there is no elevator, the front desk and staff proactively helped carry our heavy luggage—their service was both thoughtful and attentive.

We booked two rooms: one twin room and one double room on the 4th floor. The double room on the 4th floor has a balcony with completely unobstructed views, offering a direct and stunning overlook of the beautiful, spectacular beach.

During our stay, on the second day, we were treated to an incredibly gorgeous sunrise that moved us deeply with its beauty. Also, since our schedule that day was tight and we only returned to the hotel around noon, the hotel allowed us to extend our check-out until 2:00 PM for an additional fee. This gave us time to freshen up and rest briefly before continuing our journey. It's this combination of magnificent views and understanding service that made us truly appreciate this hotel. We sincerely recommend it to other travelers.

Cons:

The staff should have informed us about the public terrace on the 4th floor — it offers stunning views and a refreshing breeze. It would be even better if some lounge chairs were placed there; that would make it absolutely perfect.

La posizione è fronte mare, con vista dal balcone perfetta per vedere l'alba sul mare.
La camera era spaziosa e il personale molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha sempre aiutato per qualsiasi cosa.

Cons:

Purtroppo gli standard di pulizia non sono quelli europei anche se non posso dire che era tanto sporco.
Il wifi non funziona benissimo

La posizione, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti da Uppuveli. Servizio lavanderia a disposizione e rapido. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile e di aiuto, ci hanno permesso di utilizzare una camera di servizio per una rapida doccia anche dopo il check out.

La camera ha tutto il necessario, ma è abbastanza basic, anche nelle finiture (finestre non nuovissime, assenza di armadio o spazio per appoggiare le valigie, se non per terra)

La struttura era sporca, trascurata e piena di animali. Il bagno puzzava di umido ed era impossibile restarci per più di 2 min.
Ho trovato animali anche nel caffe chiesto al personale al mattino!!

Прекрасный отель на самом берегу одного из красивейших пляжей Шри-Ланки. Приветливый, ненавязчивый и очень доброжелательный персонал. Проконсультировали нас по всем возникшим вопросам, предложили нам помощь в организации экскурсий и вызове тук-тука в нужное для нас время. Номера чистые, светлые, все исправно работает и поддерживается в достойном состоянии. Всем рекомендуем данный отель для проживания в Тринкомале.

Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Vista sul mare, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la scarsa disponibilità nella zona in Agosto

Le tende non impediscono alla luce di entrare la mattina presto e illuminare la stanza. Anche il rumore esterno è abbastanza forte, a volte abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Doccia sicuramente migliorabile
