Totally adequate and comfrotable
Pros:

It is good value for money. The breakfast was great. Staff friendly. The rooms a bit basic but totally adequate. We would stay again.

Personale accogliente, ottima prima colazione, in una struttura rimasta agli anni '70

Colazione completa di ogni genere di alimenti, compresi quelli per celiaci, o privi di latte ecc.
La posizione è leggermente decentrata, poco fuori dal centro storico. Molto buona la pulizia dei locali.

Cons:

La struttura è rimasta agli anni '70, meriterebbe una ristrutturazione, soprattutto l'ascensore. Dopo tanti anni i tessuti presenti nella camera si sono permeati del fumo di sigaretta. Per fortuna non c'è moquette.

A great place to stay, air con worked very good in the hot weather, close to everything.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, a small cafe/shop next door and a Conrad Supercentre across the road, fast food shops KFC and Macca's across the road and close walking distance to the centre of Rieti.

Cons:

A little bit bigger breakfast is about all.

Camere e bagni molto spaziosi e puliti. Colazione ottima. Cortesia e disponibilità del personale oltre le aspettative. Inoltre dall'hotel, che è dotato di posto auto, si può raggiungere il centro storico a piedi evitando così l'utilizzo dell'automobile.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia e la colazione molto abbondante e varia.

Cons:

Nonostante le stanze sembrino ristrutturate da poco con uno stile più moderno, ci sono dei particolari, come le tende della camera e del bagno che non sono al passo con la modernità del resto della stanza.

Buona la posizione e lo staff
Pros:

Hotel tranquillo, un po' datato, ottimo lo staff, in agosto abbiamo trovato il ristorante a loro collegato chiuso per turno di riposo, in genere in agosto tutti sono aperti specialmente se adiacenti e collegati all' hotel
