Ich würde wieder kommen-aber Zimmer ohne Balkon wählen, den Blick gibt es auch von der Dachterasse!

Phantastische Lage - direkte Blick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon aus - hätte fast geweint !!!
Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück - immer sehr netttes und hilfsbereites Personal - so soll es sein!

Cons:

Das Einzige und wirklich allereinzige was ich bemängeln könnte -ist die Klimaaußenheit auf dem Balkon, die ist zum Einem im Dauerbetrieb und zum Anderen auch laut - lt. Hotelmanager nicht abstellbar. In den DoppelZimmern (ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) stehen die Dinger auf jeder Etage und versorgen wohl alles Räume der jeweiligen Frontseite mit Frischluft/Klima, man sieht das 4 Schläuche rausgehen, von daher wohl auch nicht für ein einzelnes ZImmer abstellbar.
Schade weil ein Zimmer mit Balkon natürlich mehr kostet. Drinnen hört man rein gar nix, die Fenster sind toll isoliert! aber wenn man abends draussen sitzen möchte mit nem Vino und den GardaSeeBlick geniessen will, dann stört zu einem das Dauerrauschen der Klimaanlage und zum Anderen die heisse Abluft, soll heissen bei draussen 30Grad ists auf dem Balkon durch die warme Abluft der Klimaanlage nur noch wärmer :-(
Eigentlich könne man sich somit das Geld für den Balkon sparen - siehe Dachterasse!!!

Location was amazing. Nice breakfast selection. Gentleman that works behind the bar in the evening is very pleasant. Most reception staff are nice and helpful.

Cons:

Advised a receptionist one morning that the hairdryer was not working properly. We had our own, so was not an issue for us to share, but we just wanted to let them know. Unfortunately, our comments were not met with much grace and instead we were almost accused of lying, and treated like we were stupid, not a good look for any hotel.
We paid extra for a view of the lake. The view was stunning! However, the room was not. Nicely decorated, but bathroom was very small and outdated with cracked shower. One small mirror in bathroom, no mirrors in bedroom area. Room was extremely small, and space for 2 people is extremely limited.

Soggiorno top!
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Il personale veramente tutto molto gentile, posizione ottima sul lungolago. Parcheggio sorvegliato e al coperto, convenzionato con l’hotel a due passi. Colazione per tutti i gusti, dolce e salato, prodotti freschi.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu jedną noc. Jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla podróżujących pociągiem. Blisko do jeziora, do plaży. Blisko do promu. Przyjemny taras. Smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja, która słabo chłodziła.Mała lodówka w pokoju.

Soddisfatta!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato questo week end in occasione dell air show, ottima posizione,l hotel molto pulito,prodotti per il bagno molto buoni ,accoglienza perfetta e grazie mille alle receptionist che sono molto disponibili e preparate a ogni esigenza. La colazione ricca! Molta scelta tra dolce,salato e frutta ....Mara super disponibile Sicuramente torneremo!
