The staff was nice. The room was nice. The hallway floor could have been better, considering the Raddison is connected to it and their lobby and Hallway looks nicer.

Was nice, quiet place to stay.

The only complaint I had was that breakfast took over an hour in the restraunt and was gross. $60 for a breakfast that is served cold and gross plus waiting over an hour when we were the only party present is really disappointing. The rest of the stay was great. Skip the breakfast and you will be just fine!

Nice rooms

The staff were nice but the parking lot was not clean. Kind of confusing on where to go into building because it is attached to another hotel.

Booked for SIX nights. Management did a very poor job accommodating me with my laundry since the guest laundry only had two machines, one was already broken and while washing my girls uniform, that one broke while using it. The maintenance worker helped me more than the general manager and allowed me to use the commercial dryers to attempt to dry them at 10pm. He even offered for me to use the other hotels guest laundry while management did Nothing!! I didnt even mentioned that my bed was broke and furniture was broken in our room. I was told we had complimentary breakfast, and that wasn't true. Even after having all the issues with laundry, my girls tried to get breakfast and was denied without a voucher. We ended up leaving one day before and I didnt even attempt to ask for a refund for my last night since the guy was still working. The other ladies working the front desk were great but the gentlemen, should not be in hospitality.

The beds need to be replaced immediately

This property is a mess!! They overbooked their rooms, and didn’t have any procedures on plans in place to “walk” guests to another hotel at their cost! All the front desk offered was a cancellation of our room. They refused to contact a manager. All while accepting airline request to house displaced people while having NO rooms for anyone!

I have stayed at Four points before and I have never had nothing bad to say until now. There was only two staff members that I met and the were both very nice the only problem I had was the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it. I went to front desk she offered a room change but my husband was already in the shower and baby was asleep so I just asked for linen. She gave me the mattress cover and a comforter. The second issue I had was there were only two towels. Everywhere I been we get at least 4. At this point I was just frustrated. But I have no complaints about the rest of stay.

We never got room service and had to ask for towels each night, but was given a bath mat instead bc they were out of towels. Front desk staff was rude.

I liked the overall experience

Very accommodating

This was my first time staying at a Four Points Hotels and I was impressed. Both exterior and interior of facility, to include rooms, was modern. Hotel also has a bar and grill connected via lobby access.

Our room was a single king bed room. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The small “living” space was nice for sitting and relaxing. Thermostat/HVAC systems for room worked well.


We brought our dog for the trip and the hotel was very accommodating and had a large sized grass area to walk her.


The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful with information.

Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Bricktown, botanical garden, Scissortail park, and PayCom center is just a quick 10 minute drive away.

I would absolutely stay again. The staff were great and the venue was nice.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived late and they were nice and gave me a late checkout with no issues.
