Pros:

Se potessi dare più di 10 come voto, lo farei! La gentilezza, la disponibilità e i sorrisi che abbiamo ricevuto da parte di tutto lo Staff dell'Hotel durante il nostro soggiorno sono stati una vera carezza al cuore: grazie per come ci avete fatto sentire a casa, torneremo sicuramente! L'Hotel inoltre è veramente delizioso, le camere sono pulite, calde e accoglienti, la colazione è buonissima e abbondante, c'è il parcheggio privato davanti alla struttura e la posizione è fantastica, a pochi minuti sia dagli impianti di Lavarone che di Folgaria. Davvero impossibile trovare di meglio!

Il livello di pulizia delle camere era molto buono e il ragazzo/cameriere in sala era molto professionale.

Cons:

Per quello che ho pagato, il cibo era decisamente inadeguato. La camera aveva una temperatura infernale, senza possibilità di regolazione e nemmeno di poter aprire la finestra, in quanto era in corrispondenza di uno scarico fumi.
Ho pernottato per fare una giornata sugli sci, quindi non avevo esigenze particolari: la camera me la sarei anche fatta andare bene, ma il comfort termico e il bagno erano decisamente inadeguati.

Pros:

La comodità del parcheggio e la cortesia dello staff. Saputo della mia intolleranza alimentare mi hanno proposto un menù adeguato e una colazione alternativa.
