Pros:

One of the female hotel staff who assist with the check in (although the check in is through Self Check-In Kiosk) always speaks with a smile and polite manner. I also saw this female staff cleaning the room.

Cons:

Very old and dated hotel nothing looks similar to what is shown on the booking website. Very dim lights on the corridor. Most common areas are carpeted and carpet extremely dirty. Windows are not soundproof bad for light sleepers even for deep sleepers.
Hotel located in the commercial centre however at night the hotel surroundings gives the impression of an unsafe area especially hotel lobby area gathering with many people using the free internet, if the management can find out if these people are actually hotel guests?
