Tive apenas um problema, regressei um dia antes da reserva que tinha, mas me foi cobrado o valor integral, sem direito a ressarcimento. Serviço de limpeza, ótimo. Café da manhã bom. Pessoas da recepção cordiais.

Pros:

O que era bom: me surpreendi com o tamanho do quarto (muito grande, e com banheira inclusive), a cama era confortável, o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem e o banho estava quentinho. Os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos, inclusive reservando um berço para nosso filho.
O que era mais ou menos: tudo no quarto era integrado, inclusive o banheiro (o que é meio estranho e pode ser incômodo para muitas pessoas) - mas o fato de ter espaço livre, compensou. E o café da manhã estava bom, mas não surpreendeu e fiquei com a sensação que "faltou alguma coisa".
Mas no geral, indico sim o hotel: foi uma noite confortável.
