Romantic retreat to escape the crowds and enjoy high mountain scenery.
Pros:

Great location high up overlooking St. Moritz and Celerina. Excellent restaurant and friendly staff. The team running the funicular railway helped us with luggage, and stored our skis at the valley station.

Ein rundum schön gestaltetes Boutique-Hotel - ideal für einen kurzen, entspannenden Urlaub, auch mit Kindern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück erlesen und die Aufenthaltsräume angenehm eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Kosten von CHF 60 pro Kind pro Nacht sind etwas hoch, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Kind im gleichen Bett schläft wie die Eltern.

Worth the splurge for a great hotel and fabulous Swiss/alpine experience.
Pros:

Great hotel in spectacular location. Helpful staff changed our room so we could have a better view. Meals were excellent.

Cons:

Maybe there could be a coffee machine in the room. One was provided in a communal area near the rooms though.

Cons:

La mancanza di aiuto per trasportare i bagagli sulla cremagliera che rappresenta l'unico modo per raggiungere l'Hotel. Non si pretende uno sherpa che si carichi in spalla le valige, ma almeno un carrellino per i bagagli sarebbe un grande sollievo...

Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já provei! Equipe muito cordial, vista do hotel incrível e extremamente fácil de chegar - ponto de ônibus na frente da gôndola, 5-10

A estadia teria sido espetacular se não fosse a questão da limpeza. Das quatro noites que ficamos hospedados, apenas um dia o quarto foi arrumado. No segundo dia, esquecemos de colocar o sinalizador na porta pedindo para limpar (falha nossa). No terceiro dia, a cama foi arrumada, porém não fizeram a limpeza do quarto. Utilizamos utensílios (taças de vinho, xícaras de café) por dois dias - os quais ficaram por lá sujos e não foram retirados. Juntou três sacos de lixo do banheiro, que deixamos fechados no chão - também não retiraram. Algumas das toalhas nossas sujaram (o que é esperado), porém foram dobradas e guardadas no banheiro sujas mesmo como se fossem novas. Tão inacreditável estar com camas arrumadas, toalhas dobradas e guardadas, no meio da sujeira, que acabou perdendo credibilidade, infelizmente.
Pela localização, beleza e valor, o hotel poderia contar com algumas comodidades - frigobar, cafeteira - e opções de lazer - academia, etc.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, Preis-Leistung war ok.
20 Fr. für den Hund pro Nacht ist doch hoch.
Das Nachtessen war gut, aber nicht dem hohen Preis entsprechend.
