Incredible special place to stay. Views, staff, and food were amazing.
Pros:

The stunning location of course was incredible. As well as the hotel itself. Evening meal & breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. It's a fabulous and very pleasant place. The staff are very kind, and they help far beyond what's necessary. The breakfast is excellent, and the dinner menu is also great. The location is unbeatable, with the best possible view of St. Moritz, Silvaplana, lakes, etc. And from here, you can easily walk to the Segantini hut, which is another excellent experience. Highly recommended.

The room isn't very big, that's all.

Der wohl schönste Ausblick im Engadin, einfach traumhaft! Essen war auch sehr gut. Perfekte Lage zum Wandern ,Murmeltiere direkt am Hotel 😊

Pricey but excellent stay
Pros:

Exceptional location, playground area and excellent views. Dinner was expensive but good.

Cons:

Pricey but worth it. 3 year old charged €60 per night. Breakfast was ok. Funicular station is a walkable distance from Punt Muragl. Took quite some time to find it. The train station barely had anybody and only cyclists were passing by. Mobile connection was not working so better to be prepared beforehand.

Pros:

Amazing views. Had booked a long time in advance so expectation had really built up. We weren’t disappointed. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastische Location, super Küche
Pros:

Fantastische Lage oben auf dem Berg mit phänomenalem Blick, sehr gute Küche - rundherum sind tolle Wanderwege und für Kids gibt es direkt hinter dem Gebäude einen schönen Spielplatz! Man sollte nur bedenken, dass man auf über 2.500m Höhe ist - wir waren scheinbar nicht optimal akklimatisiert und hatten anfangs trotz guter Betten echte Probleme beim Schlafen ;)

Cons:

Bis auf die sehr motivierten und freundlichen Kellner beim Dinner (sowie die Köche, die tolle Arbeit machen, auch wenn wir sie nicht gesehen haben) wirkte das Personal abweisend und lethargisch, im Fall der Kellner beim Frühstück sogar eindeutig unfreundlich und grob genervt - nicht tragbar in der Preisklasse! Selbst im vom Hotel betriebenen Café kam das erste Lächeln erst mit dem Trinkgeld…

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich und toll ist, dass man mit dem Bahnticket alle Bahnen in der Gegend nutzen kann

La vue depuis l'hôtel et la sympathie du service au restaurant

Cons:

La dépendance du funiculaire, qui affecte non seulement les hôtes, mais aussi les services de l'hôtel (je n'ai pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner dimanche 19 à cause du retard causé par une panne du funiculaire)..
La taille de la chambre est totalement insuffisante.
