An absolutely wonderful experience with exceptional service and comfort, making it a memorable stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making our arrival warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of, and overall, it offered great value for money

old towels, or damp towels provided upon arrival.

A convenient place where one can lodge and dine in vellore
Pros:

South Indian buffet was good and dinning and reception staff were very courteous .There was a driver Rafi who took as for sight seeing and dropping us at Chennai airport was good at his task

Cons:

The non veg food served was average at best and north Indian food below par. Some of the cleaned glasses smelled of non veg and had a district distatestful smell.This was shown to the attending team.The room at the first look when we arrived did not look as if it was cleaned properly and looked jaded
