No carpet, update the darn place, all elevators was out of order except one 20-30 minute wait to come and go from your room. The ac didnt work ended up heat sick which made for a long drive home.

So these are what I liked Starbucks was great. TWO people at the front desk were super kind, and helpful.
The rest you could tell didn't want to be there. Not friendly, no smiles, no how are you. Just what, or what do you need. No customer service.

Cons:

Where do I start? The place is falling apart. The rooms were clean. But not with clean items such as sheets, pillow cases blankets ect. Which I don't blame the maids, they are working with the items they have available to them. You definitely couldn't walk around with just socks. Shoes are a must (not kidding it was that dirty) they had double elevators. Only one was working, and only one side to get to the tower. They had Temu push lights in the elevator for a light source. The pool had rats in it and was full but clearly needed to be drained and cleaned though was not open yet for the year. Thank goodness. We found random half eaten food index the bed, a used condom and lubricant as well under the bed. We got 2 towels, and needed two more so I asked the maid for some. She said no more towels or blankets left so she went into another room to grab us some. Which was so kind. Unfortunately couldn't use them because they had been already used from someone else previously. (She clearly didn't know when she handed them to me she took them off the towel rack)
As we were walking on the sky walk there is duct tape holding it together. This sky walk is over a road, and is a huge safety concern.
In my opinion this is not the place to stay, eat nor gamble. It's went down hill majorly and definitely will not be staying there again.

Find a better hotel
Cons:

There was no hot water in the room. Wallpaper is so old/in bad shape it looks like it’s melting off the wall. No head boards but there’s holes in the wall where it should be

Not the best it was kinda a hassle to do everything will stay somewhere else next time
Pros:

Elevators were broken on the side we stayed so you had to walk around to the other side just to get to the elevators and I had to walk up to the 5th floor about 3 x

Cons:

It was kinda dirty were they made us take the stairs and elevator and the lights in the elevator didn’t work they had tape up lights to have light

Cons:

The elevators did not work. While the room wasn’t too dirty, it was dark and very dated. There were no lights that worked. The elevators didn’t work. It was a maze trying to find our room and get back to the lobby. I would definitely pay the extra money and stay down the road at the Rainbow.

The view. The staff.

Cons:

No pool. The distance from elevator to room was ridiculous. No complimentary breakfast. No screen on upper floor windows. Toilet was too low to the ground and the seat was loose. Shower was old with very little pressure.

Everything was great but wasn't told I had to use my key to get to my floor in the elevator
