Pros:

Like: Very close to Ling Yin temple and the west lake
Dislike: Wifi not working, no TV, bathroom ceiling very low. Cannot shower while standing up (note, we were staying at the highest floor)

Pros:

The hotel stuff mainly Mr Liu is a very kind and sincere person.
We shared alot of life stories and experience during chill time.
This is a very special hotel stay for me which i have never experience such humanity.
I appreciate people whom are real and sincere, we make friends with each other.

This is a special stay for me indeed.

Beautiful hotel with attractive decorations
Pros:

Many lady staffs can speak English and kindly gave us supports to check-in without actual passports, with certification instead. Very good sense furnitures and goods decorated in the room and publis spaces. Tasty local breakfast which are healthy and gentle to body in lovely dining. Highly appreciated for Longzing Tea, aroma candle services in room. Amenities are made by Tea, very attractive. Very reasonable. 英語を話せる女性スタッフが数名いらっしゃいます。パスポート無しで変わりの（政府への）提出＆預かり証明書でも宿泊可能で、対応に努力してくださいます。 健康的で身体に優しい地方料理の朝食を美しい食事処で戴けます。室内の龍井茶（ロンジンティー）とアロマキャンドルサービスに感激しました。アメニティもお茶成分からできた香りの良いものです。とてもリーズナブルです。

very pleasant stay
Pros:

The location is great and very near to Lingyin Temple and bus stations. Moreover the staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is clean and comfortable, and well designed.
