It’s an example of pure False advertising. A backyard turned into a pathetic place with artificial cheap green carpet and rooms in a city building next to this so called garden. Non-existent staff, breakfast was a joke!

Pros:

Agostino si è rivelato un ottimo padrone di casa mettendoci a nostro agio in ogni situazione. Colazione ottima e ottimi consigli per il ristorante a cena.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare in particolare. La struttura è ben bilanciata con una piscina all'aperto e sdraio con ombrelloni nello spazio antistante, di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere a causa del mal tempo.

Die Aussicht auf den Vesuv ist klasse

Cons:

Das "Frühstück" ist ein Witz. 4 eingeschweißte Scheiben Zwieback (von 3x Frühstück waren es am 2. Tag für einen von uns beiden nur noch 2 Scheiben und am 3. Tag für uns beide nur noch 2 Scheiben). Für jeden ein Marmeladenpäckchen (keine Auswahlmöglichkeit), 1 Portionsschälchen Nutella und 5 gr Honig im Portionsbeutel, der so kristallisiert war, dass man den Beutel ganz öffnen musste um ihn heraus zu kratzen. Von Wurst, Käse, Eiern oder sonstigen leckeren Dingen gar nicht zu reden. Und dafür mussten wir bei Ankunft großspurig eine Strichliste befüllen.
Am zweiten Tag erhielten wir noch eine Flasche Wasser zum Frühstück, wahrscheinlich weil ich mir einen zweiten Kaffee bestellt hatte, die hatte allerdings schlimme Kalkränder und der Gummi am Verschluss oben war schon ganz bröselig, so dass man nicht mit Appetit daraus einschenken wollte.
Die Matratze im Bett war zwar weich, aber leider so weich, dass man in der Nacht zusammen in die Mitte rollte. Außerdem brannte die ganze Nacht draußen die Lichterkette so hell, dass es im Zimmer, bei dem man die oberen, schmalen Fenster nicht abdunkeln konnte, fast Tag hell im Zimmer war.

Locatie was prima, rustig gelegen. Grote kamer.

Cons:

In de badkamer was een nogal vieze geur. De akoustiek kon beter, je kon de buren hun gesprekken verstaan. Taalbarrière, eigenaar spreekt enkel Italiaans.

Per una notte in caso di necessità
Pros:

La posizione in centro e la disponibilità di parcheggio sono forse l’unico merito. Per il resto, solo per fermarsi una notte e via, se indispensabile.

Cons:

Camera poco accogliente, cattivo odore dal bagno, assenza di acqua calda in alcuni momenti, lumi al comodino senza una presa a cui agganciarli, colazione da preordinare ma tanto poi è cornetto per tutti.
