Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great location!. Nice apartment

The wall between living room and bedroom was not a full wall. There were only two wine glasses. We asked for 2 more and only got 1 more

Fantastic apartment near Petit Champlain
Pros:

Fantastic location, roof deck had beautiful view of the river and a gas BBQ that I was not sure would work. We stayed in the summer and the one AC unit was in one of the bedrooms, so we had to run it all day with the bedroom door open so that it would cool more of the apartment. The bathroom is spacious with an interesting set-up: a tub on the left, a step up to the washer and dryer in the back wall, and the toilet, shower, and sink on the right. Kitchen was ready for use and we easily cooked our dinner procured from Le Grand Marché de Québec (take Uber). The apartment was not cramped like those in many of the old buildings (elevator was quite tight, though).

Cons:

Only one of the front windows would open and the other had to be propped open. Fabric couch was overly dirty, did not want to sit on it.

Fun stay
Pros:

The location was great. Sharing the entire suite with friends felt more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Cons:

Check-in could be arranged better. It took us nearly an hour to get in because the given door code was incorrect and no staff were on site. Communication through call center was helpful, though.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was amazing. I lived in Montreal before so am very familiar with the city, and I was satisfied by my stay. The apartment had everything we needed.

Cons:

It does get quite loud on Friday/Saturday nights as there are clubs and bars nearby.

Poor stay bad service.
Pros:

Very bad stay at this accommodations. I would not recommend this for anyone. The front door code didn't work most of the time. Was given two codes for the door which one didn't work! Even just trying to get the TV local channels was impossible.

Inadequate A/C, no TV content, no one to contact about issues.

Cons:

This property does not have anyone on site and it’s next to impossible to contact a real person through their app. Even though they claim you can do so 24x7 you’re just connected to a “bot”. A productive back-and-forth exchange via the app can take hours. Hours!!!!

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work well. It was always hot in the room. Couldn’t ever contact anyone about it, just a “bot” in the app that told me to set the thermostat.

There is a TV but there is NO TV content provided. Nothing! Not even local channels so you can watch news/weather. I have never encountered that anywhere else! If you want entertainment you’ll need to access whatever you have on your phone.

There was a city wide power outage. So the keypad door locks & building code didn’t work. Asking for help or clarification via the app was useless. Wasted over 2 hours sitting in the room waiting for power to return. Very poor design.

WiFi stopped working. Took most of a day to contact someone to get that resolved. Finally someone came to reset it.

Lots of street noise.

My room looked nothing like the photos in the listing.

Cons:

Oooh the THUMPING music from the club 3 doors up. Si LOUD went till after midnight and that was Thursday. How often does it go on the weekend;;;;. NOT Good for a good night's sleep

Excellent trip to Montreal and so nice to be so well located to the sights of old Montreal.
Pros:

The location was superb to old Montreal.

Cons:

The carpeting and walls in the entrance foyer to the building and hallways were pretty scruffy. They need to be replaced and repainted.

Also, the bathroom in the suite needs to be repainted as it also is starting to look scruffy.
