Pros:

A very beautiful place to stay in. Its quite a walk from the center but has a close bus stop (going to lago di braies) and they offer shuttle services to and from the station. Also, going half board is the way to go. their food is amazing and is very worth it.

La soluzione alberghiera scelta ci ha consentito una piacevole vacanza malgrado meteo avverso

Abbiamo scelto la soluzione "mezza pensione" e la cucina ci ha soddisfatto per qualità, cura e varietà delle pietanza. La colazione con la tanta scelta messa a disposizione del buffet è davvero eccellente. La camera molto spaziosa, la liberta di movimento con i tanti accessi separati e l'ampio parcheggio hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.

Cons:

Non semplice orientarsi nei movimenti tra i diversi piani ma, nel giro di due giorni, abbiamo scoperto tutti i passaggi a noi utili.

Super kind and helpful family running the hotel. Thank you for making my stay extremely pleasant.

Pros:

This family hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly hospitable, nothing was too much of a both. The food was superb. The pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation room and gym were lovely. The location is a short walk from the town centre, but buses run regularly, and the walk is very easy. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful weeks stay.

Excellent familly run hotel with a stunning view upon the mountains and remarquable restaurant
Pros:

Let's start with the (only) bas: we had to change rooms as we staid for two nights and payment via booking/Amex was not seamless.
The room is normal and the hotel looks like a traditional Heidi type chalet. The breakfast is just wonderfull with a lot of various dishes that are excellent.
The dinner is just amazing: fantastic Italian antipasti, a nice slad that changes every day, then a delicious primi piatti and a great secundi piatti: the diner is worth staying at this comfortable hotel on a half board way; not cheap but food is plenty and excellent . The staff is very nice.
