Cons:

わたしは問題ありませんでしたが、エレベーターがないので、お年寄りや足が不自由な方は注意したほうが良いです。一階のお部屋指定のリクエストが出来るかもしれませんが。

Great location, super clean and fresh facilities, very kind staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Mayumi. The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. The hotel was super clean and the facilities felt fresh, modern and very well maintained. You can really see that they take great care of the property. The staff was also extremely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Maybe the limited variety of breakfast options, it would be great to have more choices like fresh vegetables, meats and cheeses to make it even better.

Pros:

Jacob was excellent, professional, and very kind. I truly appreciate his help and support. He made a genuine effort to help me find a parking spot, even though it was very late at night. The room was calm and nice.

Cons:

There was no sufficient or dedicated parking for the hotel, and it was difficult to find a spot. I also did not feel very safe in the streets around the building at night.

My stay was comfortable, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Super friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was continental. The coffee was fresh. There was a variety of pastries to choose from.
The fruit was fresh, and the yogurt was a brand I like.
The courtyard was lovely and well appointed.
The rooms are compact and well-designed. It was all very modern. The bed was firm and comfortable—lots of pillows. I also appreciated that there was a hidden refrigerator and ceiling lighting that could be color-changed.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The variety is what you would expect from a continental breakfast.
