Pros:

We had to leave for another hotel after we found the roof leaking in multiple places in our bungalow room. My laptop was covered in water. Bed was wet. Grounds were flooded and there was no restaurant nor cold drinks available. I rarely write a bad review, but this place needs a complete overhaul. I am writing to Expedia for a refund.

Pros:

I they need to clean the fridge the one it seems like the ref hasn’t been clean for a long time. Also, teach for the tea don’t mix the tea bag on the water yet before serving let the customer put the bag. The resort is very beautiful and very relaxing my family loves it. Overall they had a wonderful time.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee. Second, we invited our daughter to join us for a swim at the super nice pool. The hotel allowed her to enter; however, we paid 500 pesos for her to visit from 0800-1700 to swim. Overall very enjoyable property with three great pools and a very nice staff.
