Pros:

Pros:

La proximité des cascades, la disponibilité du personnel et leur faculté à répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes, la lingerie rapide, la vue sur le rinjani, la visite panorama walk avec notre guide « Man » qui était au top !

Cons:

L’odeur d’égout dans la chambre, le service au restaurant long voire très long pour les desserts, l’eau de la piscine

Incroyable
Pros:

L’emplacement est top à 5 min de l’entrée des cascades
La vue de la piscine sur le mont est magnifique
Le personnel est génial et super aidant. Merci à tous surtout Rian qui a été génial tout le séjour au point que lors de son jour de repos, on a ressenti son absence.
Le gérant est toujours là pour vous aider à booker vos taxis et vos excursions.
Nos 2 chauffeurs sont des gens formidables ainsi que les serveurs et toutes les dames de l’hôtel.
Les lits étaient très confortables.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien avec un grand choix dans les plats.

Cons:

Rien Sejour au top en grande partie grâce au personnel de l’hôtel.

Logement très bien situé pour faire à pied les cascades et le village sassak . Superbe piscine

Superbe piscine avec une vue magnifique
Grande chambre vétuste mais plutôt propre
Douche très chaude et très bon débit
A 10min à pied de la porte d'entrée des cascades et 20min à pied du village sasak

Cons:

La chambre mériterait un petit coup de peinture

Pros:

De accommodatie is een top uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. De oom van de eigenaar heeft eerst geregeld dat er iemand met ons meeliep om de watervallen te zien. En daarna heeft hij voor ons een fantastische 3-daagse hike naar mount Rinjani verzorgd. Het is zeker aan te raden om deze via hun te boeken. We werden goed begeleid, het eten was verrukkelijk ( voor ons veel te veel) en aan alles was gedacht! Als je de berg op wilt, zeker boeken via hun!

Clean, lovely and fabulous amenities
Pros:

Amazing place, wow!

Check in was really smooth and the lady at reception was really lovely and chatty. The entire team of staff at Pondok Guru were amazing and attentive, and we really did feel as though we were part of their family getting involved with football and video games on the TV.

The rooms were really clean and well equipped, we thought the beds were also really comfy. The breakfast was nice and service really amazing! He location was also great and we loved the pool! Thanks so much for having us, we will be back!
