I was greeted by Sasa at check in, process was quick. I booked a standard room turned out to be spacious. This stay was without breakfast. Looking forward to return and try the restaurant. Overall it was pleasant stay

I am deeply disappointed with the hotel's lack of integrity and poor response after I lost my digital watch during my stay.

Immediately after checking out, I realised my watch was missing. It took me only about two hours from checkout to arriving at the airport to notice it was no longer on my wrist. I did not go anywhere else during that time, and I am absolutely certain that I left the watch in my room.

I made every possible effort to contact the hotel – I sent emails, made phone calls, and sent text messages. Despite my persistence, it took three full days for the hotel to finally respond. When I did receive an answer, both the Lost & Found team and the management simply told me that they could not find my watch.

What disappointed me the most was the hotel's lack of integrity and urgency. Instead of taking immediate action or providing a clear and respectful explanation, I was left waiting for days with no proper follow-up. As a guest, I expect a hotel of this standard to act promptly and transparently when it comes to a guest's lost personal property.

I truly hope the hotel improves its lost-and-found procedures and takes guest concerns more seriously in the future.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The carpark was easy to locate, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bedsheets were super clean as well, which I really appreciated. The location is a big plus too—surrounded by plenty of food options and within walking distance to Plaza.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a very pleasant check in and the staff attending to us was Vijay. He was very helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size and had a good view.
Breakfast was very good and staff in attendance were efficient.

I stayed at The Trove for two weeks in December. The staff was incredible and made sure my stay was enjoyable in every way. Linda at the front desk, Rashid in housekeeping, Alvin at the Borneo Spa, and the staff at the great breakfast buffet, especially stand out in their efforts to make my stay enjoyable.

The location was a plus with several outstanding restaurants within walking distance.
I’ll definitely return to the Trove the next time I travel to JB!
