I would like to sincerely thank Vijay for his outstanding service during my stay. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From the moment I arrived, Vijay made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

He was attentive to every detail, responded quickly to requests, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here from 5-7th Feb 2026.
It was a very pleasant check in and the staff attending to us was Vijay. He was very helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size and had a good view.
Breakfast was very good and staff in attendance were efficient.
A big shout-out to Sasa who helped us with the safe in our room.
The hotel itself is in a very good and convenient location. This happens to be our second time staying here and we'll definitely be back!

We chose Trove Hotel for our wedding and tea ceremony and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. It made our lives and the entire morning ceremony much easier.

From the initial planning stage to the actual wedding day, the team at Trove Hotel was highly professional and attentive. Many details that couples might easily overlook were already thoughtfully planned and taken care of, allowing the entire morning to run smoothly and giving us great peace of mind.

The staff were patient, helpful, and respectful of our preferred pace and flow. On the day itself, the coordination, timing, and attention given to our family members made us feel well supported and comfortable.

The room and common areas were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, making them very suitable for wedding photos. The overall atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the photo results exceeded our expectations.

A special mention goes to the breakfast buffet. The selection was generous, and the food was SUPERB delicious. Our family and friends enjoyed it very much and gave many compliments, which added to the positive start of our special day.

Overall, Trove Hotel provided more than just a venue, the team played an important role in creating a meaningful and memorable wedding morning for us. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and warm service.

Excellent hotel with great service. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job. Staff were professional and welcoming. The location is perfect with many restaurants nearby. Definitely exceeded my expectations — will come back again.

Great & lovely hotel.. Compliments to Adi who welcomed us for our stay at room 2516. Helpful, kind, friendly & definitely courteous.. A welcoming face, especially coming from after a long day at work and checking in late.. My compliments for the hotel room was very very spacious and lovely. I stayed at The Trove for two weeks in December. The staff was incredible and made sure my stay was enjoyable in every way. Linda at the front desk, Rashid in housekeeping, Alvin at the Borneo Spa, and the staff at the great breakfast buffet, especially stand out in their efforts to make my stay enjoyable.

The location was a plus with several outstanding restaurants within walking distance.
I’ll definitely return to the Trove the next time I travel to JB!

The front desk is nice, they are so quick with checking in and they even upgrade us to a good room.

We have spent two weeks here as part of a volunteer service team. We were welcomed warmly at the front desk by Linda. During our stay she was extremely helpful by sharing information about Johor Bahru and answering our many questions. She was extremely kind and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious and well appointed. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed.
We ate breakfast every day and found a wonderful array of foods, including many Malayan options. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Sue made some special selections that she thought we might want.
Great place to stay! Will stay there again if we return to Johor Bahru.

Booking for half day meeting with lunch with Trove Sales Manager Julie was incredibly top notch! We have last minute meeting plan but she able to managed it nicely and make sure our meeting organised smoothly.

Vijay was really funny and nice. Fast check in and we understood everything easily. Would definitely be back again for next staycation with friends or family

Huge shout-out to Ms. Lynda at reception! She really made our stay special. Always welcoming and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Check-in and check-out were super quick and pleasant thanks to her. We felt genuinely cared for. Thanks, Ms Lynda you made our trip even better at trove!

The check-in service by Vijay was excellent and very welcoming, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient and easy to access, while the overall atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with good service and a nice environment.

I was excited when I learnt that Trove has a “state of the art” gym. But I was disappointed when the only state of the art equipment was the body craft machine at the corner of the gym. May be worth while putting more dumbbells, include mats, bench and resistance bands. A squat rack will make the gym truly state of the art, on top of the few mentioned above.

Our room shower heater was not working and we had to use the bath tub shower head to shower. The safe was unusable due to low battery. Water dispenser water was too hot even when using the “normal” dispenser. The corridor outside the room had a terrible stench. We didn’t feedback to the reception as it was a short night stay while we travel back South from Sepang.

Other than these, the room was actually great:
- big bed for me and 2 kids to sleep in
- comfortable pillows
- nice design of the room

Besides, just a small suggestion to consider a door between the bedroom and the living room if u are doing any reno soon. Some people may need it.

All hotels were fully booked for this weekend. We managed to get the last room with the kind assistance from Vijay. He is extremely polite and helpful which let me and my family really enjoyed this stay!
