An average place to go crash since staff and food is below par and so are the facilities in play room . The staff is a serious let down who are least interested in doing any work and just keep lazing around . Breakfast is below par and also location wise far away from the main city .

This was great hospitality by House keeping team . Clean room clean floor, property are very well maintain by House keeping. I was really appreciate to House keeping department. I have mentioned few name Mr Rahul, Mr. bidesh, Mr. Vijay . Another name I never forget he was very helpful man Mr. Yatin Joshi .

I recommend for club Mahindra.

Stayed but there is no network in mobile even the swimming pool was dirty can't not accessable , worth part is they said we charge somthing 2000 rs but it's not refundable even his customer care no they said it's refundable and it's not mediatory to pay. It's means they are not on same page all have own rules and own terms & conditions. Recommended to not to stay because your holiday will spoiled.

Both receptionist doesnot have manners to speak, how both are here dont understand, rooms alloted , no working tv, no a/c operation, & loud noise of a/c duct & kichen exsose fan. Which lied on the tarrace, above the room, only 2 person for the cleaning , it doesn't look like a Club Mahindra property, Very Poor management

This was our 2nd Visit to Club Mahindra, Dwarka. Our first visit was immediate after the COVID. Though some protective restriction were in place, our overall experience at this Resort was very good.

This time, our stay was for a night and had good experience

During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy Dinesh on this team. Property is quiet as it is away from the temple and the city. Clean and comfortable. Ample parking. Provision of dorm facility and canteen for the drivers would be welcome.

Food is really good. Chef Rajesh is truly talented and goes out of his way to produce delectable fare. Servers badly need training with the exception of Manoj. The servers are generally clueless about what they are supposed to do.

Front desk is helpful and courteous. Laundry service could be more efficient and deliver clothes without being reminded.
Resort manager is efficient, courteous and resourceful.

Well maintained garden.

Spacious rooms but with a poor layout. Too many switches and switchboards with a number of dummy switches. But as this is a leased property, responsibility lies elsewhere.

Our family stay at Club Mahindra Dwarka was extremely delightful. The food served by the restaurant JEEMAN is delicious. There is swimming pool and a Happy Hub for children. House keeping is prompt and helpful. Campus and rooms are near and clean.

Overall experience is very good.

It was good experience is club Mahindra dwarika we are hare for 3 day seen to day the food, breakfast lunch dinner was so executed it was South Indian and panjab food morning breakfast ve all 6 person lovely or enjoying and staff hospital with involved and aloo halp danning area staff are very sobur and very happy follow ve served very samili fase I was and here one thing Mr Rajesh chef very excellent and good all the time prepare food he we asked what kind a food you are like I think ve falling that management club Mahindra cafe a making different types of food very good a Mr Himanshu also good service

The resort is well maintained. The ambience is as per Dwarka culture. The staff was very supportive and always happy to support specially Mr. Himanshu. He guided for the temple visits and site seeing. The room at resort is excellent, the food served at Jeeman restaurant was delicious

Club Mahindra Dwarka is a nice place to stay for anyone. Property is decent with amenities for all age group and staffs are courteous too.
Location is also convenient since being on a highway. Better if you are travelling with your vehicle or availing a taxi service, since city center including Dwarkadhish temple is around 7km away.

Well.. You cant figure out anything wrong as far as Dwarka as a spiritual spot is concerned. But as far as Club Mahindra Dwarka is concerned, It needs some serious adjustments.. From Slow and Sluggish House keeping to Poor Cleaning of the resort to hardly any In house activities are all Unlike All other Club Mahindras where they keep their standards very high. Only Silver lining was the Jeeman restaurant where Himanshu robin manoj sher aren deepak aman Perdeep sajan, All worked very hard to keep our taste buds satisfied with some minor glitches

And chef Prem and chef Sajan and Himanshu went out of the way and made special Vrat food (we keep Santoshi Ma Vrat every Friday).

Club Mahindra Dwarka is the best place to stay in Dwarka, I had a great experience here during my stay. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Specially Mr. Himanshu from restaurant is a gem person he tried all possible ways to help us during my stay here.

Best resort to visit and stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly particularly Himanshu and Raj. Management is excellent. Hospitality was best. Best and perfect place in Dwarka to visit and stay to get blessings of Lord Shree Dwarkadhish.
