Excellent hotel
Pros:

I would like to point out that the hotel staff are very polite and cooperative, especially Mr. Amjad Al-Sharbiny at the reception and the general chef at the restaurant. The hotel location is beautiful.

Cons:

Sometimes the elevator has a smell. Please continue sterilizing it and adding a freshener to it to complete the good picture.

Nice quite clean hotel with good location and staff are very polite and extremely helpful specially Ekramy, good man.

My room was beside the elevator so it caused some disturbances .
