Pros:

Entering your social security number, a personal information, in the reservation process creates distrust and suspicion toward your company, ultimately making travelers anxious. This wasn't the case when booking other hotels or airline tickets. I had no choice but to request your company's help because there were no vacancies at other hotels, but I never want to experience this again.

Pros:

Location was good (quiet street), front staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room we booked and looked forward to (penthouse suite with balcony) was not available due to some ongoing renovation work, which was very disappointing and led to us looking for alternative accommodation after the first night. Also because the prices for the rooms we stayed in during the first night were too high when comparing them to other, more spacious and modern hotel rooms in the area.

Pros:

四樓洗澡水壓較小，洗澡水溫度不是很熱，電視是智慧電視配上電視機上盒，原本有兩支遙控器，但是可能怕客人不會使用，所以把電視的遙控器收起來了，建議是否配在房間內配置遙控器操作說明，不然可能無法體驗電視的服務，目前我是自己手動把電視開關打開，但是也摸索了一陣子，在使用遙控器操作機上盒，但整體而言，這間飯店我還是很推薦的。簡單，乾淨，清潔，價格合理。

這間旅館我也是第一次入住，這次單人住402房，乾淨整潔，機車有地下室可以停車，住宿環境也很安靜，相較胡志明市區的飯店來說是安靜許多，沒有吵鬧的人聲與汽機車聲音，早晨可以很舒服的睡，晚上室外吵雜聲音較多，隔音不好，但這算是越南飯店的通病，地點位於第七郡，需要對旅遊的人來說是比較不方便，出入可能都要有機車或者計程車接送，但實際反應在房價算是便宜的價位，負擔並不會太重，晚上十點多洗澡無熱水，可能需要在注意，附近也有很多餐廳可以選擇，對我來說除了地點比較偏遠，洗澡沒熱水之外，其餘都是在可以接受的範圍內，冷氣與網路都很正常，也有Smart TV，算是不錯的旅館，有機會的話我會在去入住。
