Pros:

The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming! This property is a little way out of the main town of Hakuba, however, the property offer free shuttle runs for both dropping and picking off at the slopes, and in the evening for dinner/drinks and shopping. This is complimented by being a 200metre walk from the free shuttle service included in the lift pass. Beautiful inside and outside onsen, huge boot room and fantastic breakfast.

Pros:

早朝のチェックアウト時、フロントが不在だったので呼び鈴を鳴らしたが、出てこなかった。食堂に呼びに行って解決。

非常不错的酒店，距栂池雪场近
Pros:

距栂池雪场很近，去其他雪场也是免费接送，员工非常热情，办事认真，下次一定会再入住的，也一定会推荐给来白马村滑雪的朋友到此入住。酒店配有温泉浴池，户内和户外都有，滑雪后泡泡还是非常好的。

Pros:

無料Wi-Fiと書いてあったけど、ロビーでしか使えなくて非常に不便でした。古いホテルですが、雰囲気は良かったです。フロントで勧められたゴンドラに乗ってみました。とても景色が良かったです。
