Pros:

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione.
Il personale molto gentile.
Colazione discreta, poche cose ma buone.

Cons:

Nulla di grave ma c'erano dei capelli nella vasca appena arrivati.
Il materasso è cuscino non sono molto comodi.

El happy hour muy bueno y útil, la comida buena y con variedad, la habitación tamaño justo no tan pequeña y el personal japonés muy amable

近くにセブンもあり、水も飲み放題だし。何よりスタッフさんが優しかった。
外国から来たスタッフさんの日本語もほぼ完璧。
また朝食も食べるタイミングあいませんでしたが、本当に美味しそうでした。

Cons:

Wi-Fiが各部屋ごとになっていたので、館内全体のパスワード設定だと、良かったかな。毎回、パスワード変えるのが、大変でした。
寝間着がセパレートタイプだといいなぁ。寝相悪いので（笑）

Good value, good location
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful, and sorted having our bags transported to our next stop.
The rooms are small but sufficient (and expected this based on the research for our trip). The location was convenient for the station and getting around Kyoto.
The free tea/coffee/soft drinks and happy hour was an added bonus.

Location was relatively close to the main station and tourist attractions.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard for me.
Room was not laid out well. The TV was over the seating area. The sink was overlapping the bath.
I didn’t enjoy the breakfast.
