1. Property is in a superb condition
2. Location is excellent - you can enter and exit Burjuman Mall from entrance 5. The property is 5 mins walking distance.
3. The staff was excellent.

This is our fourth stay. Good location, close to Metro, shopping. Good hot water, A/C and enough TV channels. Staff always there to help us. They keep this property clean. Friendly staff!! Some minor Maintenace issues were noticed, loose plug points or not working ones. As we had five people in two bedrooms apartment we had to ask more towels, plates, cups, spoons. Did not see kitchen rag or dish washer soap, but later we got some.

Nous avions loué un studio de 41m². Mobilier un peu vieillot mais l'essentiel y est. Très grande piscine qui attire les pigeons et la salissent. Il fallait demander que le menage soit fait et qu'on nous mette une bouteille d'eau, sinon on n'avait rien.

80m2의 아파트먼트에 3명의 투숙객을 위한 카드키 3개를 요청했으나, 추가비용을 요구받았습니다. 수십년 출장을 다녀봤으나, 처음 겪어본 일입니다. 시설이 낡았으며 그다지 청결하지도 않았습니다. 다시 묵을 일은 없을 것 같네요.

Het hotel ligt achter een mall wat voordelig is en metro station.
Taxi is wel moeilijk te krijgen daarvoor moet je op de hoofdweg een aanhouden.
Hotel kamers zijn groot met een klein keukentje,handig als je iets wilt opwarmen.
Wel wat veroudert de meubels ,kwa hygiene word er schoon gemaakt op aanvraag.
Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ik kwam vroeg aan, we konden niet gelijk inchecken maar wel wat eerder wat erg fijn was.

Very very old and weary building in the center of Indian community . In fact, i have not seen anyone non-indian except ourselves in this building/around this area during my 5 day stay. When we walked in first step to the room, the whole flat has very strong smell of curry, but kitchen has no window to outside... so had to request to change. Second one, we saw cockroach. Finally third one we upgraded ourselves to two bedrooms apartment with extra payment. During our stay, everyday/day n night we have to smell somebody else's cooking smell. It was like they r cooking right next to me. Chiller was making constant big noise which hard to ignore....and has water leaks. Bathtub was cracked big time but it seems they decide to just abandon it. Children playing n screaming at the hallway.... parking in/out way was very tight and narrow. Water pressure was weak. Will never go back..... .....

Great rooms. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. Has everything u need! Naushad is a very helpful bellboy!

Didn't have any complaints, staff very friendly ,only problem they had to close the pool because of the virus.

Have recommended 2 family friends and will recommend more and sure will visit there again.
