The hotel is convenient. Room is clean. I liked the washing machine. The cleaning lady returned my Mac book after I checked out. That was extra appreciated!
This is more of a budget hotel that has very limited amenities, condition and furnishings are of lower qualities, certain rooms the bathroom set up is strange.
The location is what we like.
Most of the staffs were nice and helpful except for an odd lady works in 7th floor.
The bathroom always has bad smell from sewage system as a result we have to often keep the bathroom window open.
Air-conditioning was not adjustable and the blanket was quite thick. In the hot day it was too hot to cover the blanket but too cold if not covered.
Close to metro station, lobby was clean, lifts were fast, air con was sufficient, good value for money.
Rooms old, no breakfast, currently doing renovations, towels were dirty, bathroom dirty, a lot of dust everywhere, air con had a lot of dust. Stained pillows and bedsheets.
Good hotel with better sraff, specially Join who helped us a lot!

Outside of the room are very noisy. I always heard a banging sound that i wakeup from time to time. A leaky toilet. A malfunctioning bidet. And no heater

Location is ok.
Definitely not a four star hotel. Rooms are very small and simple, hotel looks just like a basic budget hotel. Not deserve that price at all.
Hotel is just opposite No. 4 Subway, 'Nanmen ' station 2nd Exit. The room and beds were clean, air-con was strong, free coffee/tea/Mineral water provided, which could meet our general expectation in full.
1)The Fire-Escape tools including Air-filter Mask, though nicely packed, should be placed on a prominent corner instead of just chucking under the Bed-side desk.
2) Exits for two Fire-Escape routes were all locked. The main Fire Exit on street level behind the Spectacle Shop was permanently locked while for another escape route, exits on every floor were locked. The female aunty said they locked it afterwork so outsiders could not anyhow enter the hotel !

Very near to the train station
Good location, nice and quite big room, access to transportation (Metro) and in walking distance to some shopping areas and few touristic attractions.
Staff was speaking only Chinese language, and internet connection could have been better.
Location value for money comfy
Main road is very noisy
