Un posto magnifico in cui rilassarsi completamente. Staff gentilissimo e super attento, servizio impeccabile, ristorante buono, stanze molto belle e pulite. Davvero apprezzato il massaggio di benvenuto. Spero di tornare presto!

The property location is great right at the surf break.

From the moment you arrive, staff are attentive without being overwhelming. My room would be cleaned while I was out surfing (I’m sure they were monitoring, I never felt they were intrusive), staff in the restaurant were spectacular and the massages at the spa here were the best I’ve had in Bali. I stayed in a pool room, which was comfortable, clean, quiet and had good air con. Located right on the pojnt, I spent my downtime watching the surf or in the pool which is much larger than the other hotels in Madewi.
Would definitely recommend Umadewi.

Fantastic location and very relaxed atmosphere

Supri the hotel manager is incredible along with the rest of the staff and their 5 star service. Luxurious rooms and facilities. Delicious breakfast and lunch and dinner menus. Perfect location right on the surf break. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We had the most incredible stay at Umadewi Surf & Retreat. Gorgeous, amazing staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. It's so chill and relaxing here, the tranquil grounds and pool just make you instantly switch off. We had a beautiful ocean view room that had everything we needed. Days were spent surfing, watching the surf from outside our room, relaxing by the pool and eating delicious food from Kokos restaurant. We can't recommend Umadewi highly enough and we will be back. I actually cried when we left which says it all.

This place is truly fantastic. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the garden is beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food and a great dining experience. What really makes this place special, though, is the wonderful team – they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure your stay is unforgettable.

It’s also perfectly set up for surfers – there are board racks right next to the cottages, making everything super convenient. The garden leads almost directly to the beach access, so you can be in the water and paddling out to the lineup within moments.

Everything was amazing! The place is just perfect and the location is unbeatable. The service is incredible, and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The reception team, the gardeners, and the restaurant staff were all amazing—always kind, helpful, and with a big smile. They truly made our stay perfect.

Best location to sit and watch the surf and enjoy a cold bintang 🤩

Umadewi is definitely the best hotel in the area. The resort was just in front of the waves. There was a great view from Kokos, the restaurant. Widi and all of the team went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean. The spa was fantastic. We had a couple of post surf massages - they were professional. The sunsets from the restaurant were beautiful.

Located right on the point, easy access to surf. The resort was beautifully designed and appointed, with 180 degree views of the waves and magical sunset. The food was amazing, villa was extremely comfortable and quiet and the staff couldn't have helped us enough with any requests we had. Restaurant and reception staff especially friendly and helpful and the breakfast inclusions were great.
