Pros:

Hotel property is good from outside. But the rooms are terrible, staff service is very pathetic and hotel amenities are rated 0/10. Only better thing is food which is 08/10. They don’t provide basic amenities such as fridge, hairdryer, iron and kettles. So please be ready to waste ur hard earn money. Tv has no signals and nobody cares about room service.

Pros:

Very good hotel in Phagwara, nice and friendly staff, very friendly staff. Needs a little improvement in room service, no separate sugar with coffee and no separate salt or pickle provided with food. Overall stay was comfortable

Pros:

Our overall stay at Ashish Continental, was terrible. First off, they do not give you a room key they insist on opening the door for you each time (you have to wait at your door). Secondly, it says breakfast included but they have restrictions on what and how much you can order -1 item per person! And they have no breakfast room you order and wait in your suite. They charged for water which was given complimentary. Lastly, the room was cleaned well, but no towels or toiletries were replenished. Front desk service staff were not helpful, we repeatedly had to call them asking for the same thing and in some situations we had to go downstairs. We DEFINITELY will not be staying there again.
