コスパ悪いと思った。
Pros:

あまり感じなかった

Cons:

部屋、設備が不潔だった。
特にバスタブの汚れが最悪。
レースカーテンがなく、周囲はビルが多いのでプライバシーが確保されていないと感じた。
避難経路の確保ができるのか不安だった。
入口の段差が荷物の多い旅行者には難点だった。
冷蔵庫が冷えていなかった。

If they can sort out their cleaning this would be a great little hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location close to Namba station, and the bus to Itami airport. Baggage hold over the road is really convenient and the staff there are great. Breakfast option was good value.

Cons:

Lots of mould in the bathroom - on the ceiling, on the shower curtain, under the rim of the sink. Room was extremely dusty. No mattress protector on the bed. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning.

ロケーションはよい。
Pros:

ロケーション、スタッフの対応は早い。

Cons:

ホテル入館までがわかりにくい。24時間のスタッフ見守りにおいての自動手続きなどがスムーズでいいと思うが、慣れていないと逆に面倒。
すぐにスタッフが対応してくれるが、こちらが日本語しか話せない場合、あまり意図が通じない。
部屋が臭い。部屋中に洗濯の生乾きのような匂いがする。部屋を交換してもらうことも考えたが、日本語が通じにくことを考え、部屋の滞在時間を短くした。

Pros:

The hotel was very well located. The room was well equipped and, whilst small as expected, there was enough room for us. I feel it was good value for money.

Cons:

I wasn't aware the hotel was not staffed, but there was a remote receptionist available. The room was very warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to have a cool function. There was also nowhere in the lobby to empty our bin when we forgot to leave it outside our room in the morning for emptying.
