Für mich hat alles gepasst. Beim nächsten Besuch in Surat wohne ich wieder im Hotel Merlin
Pros:

Ich habe das Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Super sauberes und sehr grosses Zimmer. Einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt ist das riesige Central Surat Thani Einkaufszentrum. Verlässt man das Hotel und folgt der Strasse nach rechts, kommen einige ausgezeichnete Thai Restaurants. Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die nicht direckt im Zentrum der Stadt ist, liegt mit dem Merlin Hotel sicher nicht falsch. Tuktuk, oder das Personal bestellt einen Grab, wenn man von A nach B will.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen.
Gut zu wissen:
Das Personal spricht nur sehr beschränkt englisch. Ist aber total hilfsbereit.
Check-In erst ab 14:00.

Short Sweet and nice!
Pros:

Clean and well kept. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was good as well. Coffee ++

Cons:

No hot water for showers. No toilet paper, only thin tissues.

Great room and convenient parking, but avoid the breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice – the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was convenient and easy, which was a big plus. Overall the property looked well maintained and the stay was pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. It had a strong unpleasant smell and the food was tasteless. It was by far the worst breakfast we experienced during our trip in Thailand, so we would not recommend paying extra for it.

Communication. WiFi login changed. Had to have keycard for room updated every day. Had to ask for fried eggs to be cooked so hot every day

เดินทางได้สะดวกดีค่ะ ชอบที่มีการซักผ้าให้ด้วย ราคาประหยัดซักสะอาด

Cons:

ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ถ้าต้องการเช่าได้แต่คิดเงิน เลยทำให้รู้สึกว่าโรงแรมจะเคี่ยว ๆ หน่อยค่ะ
