bom preço, mas ainda sim faltam entregas.

Cons:

o fato do valor da diária ser bom não significa que o hotel se isente de questões básicas: faltam tomadas ao lado da cama, não há copos no quarto, a TV tinha uma linha de pixels mortos e o pior: a luminária não deixa de emitir luz ao ser desligada.

isso mesmo, você desliga o interruptor, e ela continua emitindo luz e o quarto jamais fica escuro. ao falar sobre isso com a recepção a atendente disse que isso acontece em todos os quartos (?!). ou seja, dão por normal a impossibilidade de se apagar a luz.

Cons:

Café da manhã sofrível. Não fornece opção para pessoas com intolerância à lactose, a glúten e açúcar. Não oferece água gratuita e nem cafezinho no saguão (pura mesquinharia). Quarto alugado logo acima do local de descarga de alimentos e materiais (barulho que incomodou bastante eu e minha esposa que já somos idosos). Preço exageradamente alto. Hotel destinado a hóspedes cativos das mineradores da região e não para turistas eventuais. Não oferece refeições. Box do chuveiro com porta shampoo/sabonete quebrado. Pia acumulando água no tampo.
Hotel não recomendado. Nota 2.

Ok. O quarto é confortável, mas faltou condições pro descanso
Pros:

O hotel é limpo, são boas as acomodações e a equipe é educada.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico do quarto é péssimo. Ouvi muito barulho, gritos e pessoas falando muito alto a maior parte da noite.

Foi bom, mas podem melhorar no aspecto supra citados.
Pros:

Atendimento, café da manhã, acomodação e estacionamento.

Cons:

Muito barulho arrastando móveis. Como não vi, só ouvimos, parece ser mesas, cadeiras, batiam portas, não sei de onde vinham , parecia ser bem ao lado do quarto. Sinceramente me incomodou.
Tirando esses inconvenientes, demais foram bacanas.
