Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviewers explicitly praised cleanliness — 'hotel muy limpio', 'habitación limpia'. Minor note of an odd smell in some corridors reported by one guest.
Service
9.2
Service is frequently described as excellent, friendly and attentive (staff remembered drink preferences, pool and dining service praised). Some reports of understaffing, long waits at the restaurant and an unfulfilled water request lower the score slightly.
Location
9.1
Described as accessible by road and generally fine; one reviewer labeled it 'Rural'. Multiple comments point out the rear entrance/pavers are not luggage-friendly.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms are noted as spacious and comfortable with good beds, but there are repeated complaints about very hard/uncomfortable pillows and several mentions of shower drainage issues causing water to spill into the bathroom/room and occasional no hot water.
Amenities
9.5
Guests enjoyed amenities: gym, pool service, and mentions of a spa to visit next time. Minor issues: towels described as a bit rough and concern about plastic water bottles.
Value for Money
9.7
Multiple reviewers explicitly state 'Excelente valor' and good price-quality relationship, indicating strong value for money.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast buffet repeatedly praised (many options, good vegetables); restaurant food and cocktails (shrimp cocktail, pina coladas) praised. Some delays at the restaurant due to staffing noted.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall sentiment is very positive — many 'me encanta', 'todo perfecto', and recommendations to stay again; only small operational/details detract from otherwise excellent stays.

Pros:

Excelente valor.

Great Hotel, Small Details
Pros:

This hotel is great and I would stay again. There are a couple details that didn’t make sense. In the rear entrance, there a pavers divided by grass…this concept isn’t the greatest when you have travelers coming in with luggage on wheels getting stuck in between pavers. The other detail being the amazing showers and shower head but the drainage not being able to keep up with the flow, therefore water pours out of the shower into the bathroom floor and over to the carpeted sitting area. Some kind of barrier between the shower and rest of bathroom would go a long way!
