Es herrschte eine unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, sodass wir uns jeden Tag aufs neue darauf freuten und die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet sowie gemütlich.
Modern, comfortable design, friendly, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. I love that it was a social enterprise with a mission.
A pool would have been great, but not essential.
Very cute and clean. Loved the rooftop to sit in chairs and relax. Breakfast was good every morning. Lots of little sitting areas to relax. Staff there 24/7 with a door to buzz you in. Very safe. Good AC. Nice retreat with good views of mountainside.
The distance from the center. Its a 10 minute walk MINIMUM. If you want to go past the closest part of town its 20-25 mins. Got tiring walking to and from the center after multiple days. Also the room noise—sounded like someone was showering in my shower every morning. I could hear the people next to me blowing their nose. Dogs and loud booms one morning also. Hotel does provide ear plugs though.
Not only the stay was clean, but also it was great to see that the hotel is also helping local students from financially struggling families to keep receiving education and help them get out of the poverty cycle.
The staff here really are superb. The thoughtfulness of creating such a place that gives back made the stay feel more impactful. The breakfast was not juat beautifully presented but the staff were so friendly and happy, it was all are really good vibes. I would love to come back and stay here. Cannot recommend it enough. I also bought a coffee packet but dropped it in the stairs. A cleaning staff found it and brought it to me. Check in and check out are so fast and smooth and there is always staff at the front desk 24/7. I was here for a wedding. Everyone else stayed at another more posh hotel close by and in comparison, they were so rude and asked for more money at check-in!!! I was SO relieved and happy I did not book there. I always felt so happy to run back home here to rest up and looked forward to the breakfast each morning. Thank you!!!

Entrance to property is down a steepish path or a number of steps so clients need to make sure that they are able enough.
Todo el personal es muy amable, un hotel muy bonito y limpio. La ubicacion es centrica y puedes moverte con facilidad a cualquier sitio.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, die bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker (auf keinen Fall verpassen). Noch dazu zu einem guten Zweck!!!
Un hotel con mucho calor humano, siendo muy competitivo en prestación e instalaciones. Las habitaciones nos amplias y tienen un mobiliario practico y adecuado. Me gusto tanto que regresaré pronto!
Lamentablemente no ofrece estacinamiento, pero en la zona hay estacionamientos públicos.
In downtown / el centro but not in the most bustling location. Close enough to walk all over downtown. Staff is very helpful in all regards. If noise bothers you, they offer earplugs but it really turns into white noise. Also, booking here contributes to the community more than a lot of other places so don’t hesitate. It is worth it.
