모든게 완벽했습니다. 조식 두말할것 없이 맛있었구요, 크게 붐비지 않았습니다. 원래 중국현지음식이 잘 맞지는 않아서 이것저것 가려 먹긴 했는데 조식덕분에 여행할만 했습니다. 스위트룸 컨디션 너무 좋았구요. 어메니티도 수준이상입니다.

Fantastic. Best hotel you will ever stay in. 10/10
Pros:

The Morpheus is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in and probably the best I ever will. From start to finish it was 10/10. It's super modern and beautiful white marble everywhere. The check-in lobby is amazing and the staff are so welcoming. Our room was fabulous, over-looking the Cotai Strip. The computer tablets in the room controlled everything from lights to curtains, TV and temp controls. Fresh fruit in the room each day and I personally got a bottle of wine and a bunch of balloons sent to my room for my Birthday. Very thoughtful. A well stocked snack bar/fridge. We were on the 26th floor and the elevator ride down provided great views of the lobby and outside. The restaurants range from high quality snacks Cafe to restaurants with 3 Michelin stars. You will never be disappointed. The Cafe in reception do fantastic cakes, coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend the Crab Benedict. All staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect. If I was being really picky, I would like the restaurants to stay open a bit later.

Pros:

We had a very good time here staying in Morpheus. Best service and best staff! Chloe and David picked up the broken glass and carefully checked all over the corner. very sweet and responsible! shout out to them!

Superior customer service!
Pros:

Great customer service! Despite a hiccup in my reserved room, their staff Shirley quickly followed up and made a good rearrangement. Additionally, it’s so kind of her to show us around the hotel's amenities. We were also sincerely taken care of by manager Gar-ling, who arranged limo service for us.

Our suite was comfy and had an open view, though the bed was a bit soft for us.

There’re delicious soup and dessert in the lobby lounge. Customers at the table next to us raved about the food as well.

Having a semi-buffet at the executive lounge was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, some guests turned their phones up too loud.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

В отеле очень вкусный завтрак, отменное качество и выбор блюд. Отель очень современный, номера дизайнерские. Красивые виды из окна, очень внимательное отношение персонала, стараются угодить во всем и везде.

Cons:

Не то, чтобы нам это не понравилось, но это как раз тот случай, когда с цифровизацией явно перемудрили. Все управление в номере осуществляется с планшетов, включая освещение, кондиционер и ТВ. Уж насколько мы любим все новое и цифровое, но даже тут мы с трудом разобрались как, например сделать приглушенный свет в спальне. В общем, горе от ума ))

Clean hotel well kept and staff was excellent housekeeping like Jacky and nino always make sure that the room is clean and tidy everything I need was there. The hotel duty manager Theresa was excellent in performing her job. She made sure from checking in to checking out was perfect. Yuki and Calvin assisted me on my needs and Yolanda the duty manger and the rest of the concierge made my stay convenient to booking the taxi to booking my dining experience. Lastly, Alex help me with my heavy luggage.
The location is very convenient although I don’t speak Chinese everything was taken care of.
