Very helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming & helpful. We were able to get an early check-in at 7 am. The location was near to everything we needed, and on a fairly quiet street. The laundry service was great. We got our clothes back within 8 hours.
The room was big & clean.

Cons:

Nothing.

- الموقع ممتاز خلف سن بلازا وتقدر تنزل السوق في اي وقت
- الغرف نظيفة وواسعة
- قريب منك كل شي: محلات، مطاعم، وغيره
- يوجد شطاف في دورات المياه
- الواي فاي جيد

Werkelijk Niks , wij hadden een boeking van 2 kamers en toen we toekwamen was er geen plaats.
Toen werden we ergens in een leegstaand spookhotel gedropt.

Hotel old. Rats running around on the roof. Top floor was abondoned and looked haunted.
Pros:

Massage was good in the hotel. Near Fancipan train station. Near many restaurants. Near hair and nails saloon. Free Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and neat.

Cons:

NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA.People smoke whenever and wherever they like smoking even near children. The internet was virtually non-existent. We could not watch any news on Youtube. We could not watch a movie or two during our stay. The ref did not work. Shower clogged with hair.

Would not recommend for western tourists.
Pros:

Efficient lift. Could open the door to balcony. Good bed. Quiet room

Cons:

Not as indicated on Booking.com
No mini bar or even a fridge. No safe - staff said they could bring one up but that means someone could walk away with it, so making it useless.
Couldn’t get BBC, ABC or CNN without paying.
No one on front door to help get luggage up steps to reception.
Asian buffet breakfast limited to eggs and toast for westerners.
No toilet paper in reception WC and bins overflowing.

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved Stationen til toget til Fansipan og midt i byen. Smilende personale i morgenmaden

Cons:

Receptionspersonalet burde huske at smile, de er for uhøflige. Morgenmaden for ikke Asiater er meget meget begrænset

Pleasant but could be much improved
Pros:

Whilst the room itself was a bit outdated, it was comfortable. It was lovely to have doors which opened to a little balcony.

Cons:

The following are some suggestions
- Some hooks would be good for hanging towels. The rack on the wall is not functional
- The fridge did not work, and though we asked for this to be rectified, this was not forthcoming
- The front foyer area is not welcoming (dark and dingy) and our greeting was less than impressive. As we were being checked in, another female staff member (presumably manager) totally interrupted the conversation, ignoring us and was talking very loudly to the staff member behind the desk for quite a while. This was very rude
- whilst there was plenty of food on offer for breakfast, there was shortages of plates/cups/milk. The food was also heavily oriented to the Asian taste and a few simple additions would be nice to cater for western tourists . We ended up eating elsewhere.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is superb — situated just behind Sun Plaza and within a 10-minute walking distance to the ticket office.

Cons:

The road in front of the property is quite narrow and vehicles are not able to stop for more than 10 minutes.
