Sapa Green the Perfect Stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the receptionist Luna looked after us, she organized our transport and day tour to all the local sites. She is an asset to Sapa Green such an amazing person to go out of her way to want to help and make sure we are comfortable. Also the most comfortable bed we have had in Vietnam maybe even more comfortable than our bed at home 😂 you can book here with complete confidence.

Cons:

The rooster at 5am in the town 🤣 but seriously nothing the Hotel and staff were perfect

Es la segunda vez que me quedo. La vez anterior fue hace 2 años y ya me gustó. Es sencillo pero correcto y el personal encantador aunque no hablan inglés se esfuerzan en ayudar. La cez anterior fue en un primero interior y fue correcto, tanto como para repetir, pero esta vez fue en el tercero exterior y me encantó. Tiene una luz increible y unas vistas bonitas del Fansipan y alrededores. Repetiría

Very central location
Pros:

Perfect location, reached everything within a few minutes incl Sun plaza/ cable car station, night market, lots of restaurants, cafes, souvenirs, cultural centres. Helpful and attentive staff, spa on level 2 easy to access 8am-11pm.

Cons:

We did not like the breakfast, cold and tasteless. The drain in the shower was very slow, they gave us a little toilet roll for 4 people for 4 days, we had to call reception twice for toilet tissues. They should have Make up room and do not disturb signs instead of knocking on the door every morning for room makeup when my son was still asleep.
The spa could be dodgy during busy hours. My husband bought a VIP package incl steam, herbal Dao Do bath and massage for 80 minutes, got 6 minutes only, very rushed though sauna and herbal bath. I paid for 45 body massage and got a casual staff who did not wear uniform but climbed on me to perform the back massage which made me feel very uncomfortable. Worse was when she non stop talked about her son’s issues which was thankfully stopped by a permanent staff. She also confused me when opened up my towel, revealing my tit for a couple of minutes, not sure what that was about so I had to cover it up again, such a nightmare! I still tipped her but would not dare to go down again for another session!

Gute Lage.
Saubere und bequeme Betten.
Frische Eierspeisen beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wasser (etwas) lief bei der Toilette unten heraus, aber es gab einen Absfluss in der Nähe.
Duschabfluss verstopft》Bad wurde überflutet.
Im Bad leider viele Kalkablagerungen, daher funktionierte die Dusche schlecht.

Good but I hope we don’t experience that again was quite traumatizing

Near sunworld plaza and great breakfast

Cons:

Someone opened our door from the housekeeping not in the middle of the night when we where sleeping and we all got shock it was not a good experience. If you will book this hotel always make sure to have the locks double secured so you won’t have the same experience as ours.

Very helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming & helpful. We were able to get an early check-in at 7 am. The location was near to everything we needed, and on a fairly quiet street. The laundry service was great. We got our clothes back within 8 hours.
The room was big & clean.

Cons:

Nothing.
