Pros:

Big room , location was really good as its right next to the main Sapa Station and market.

Cons:

At time of check out we were told the one of the pillow cover is spolied. We did not check it at time of check in and hence we had no clue . We paid some amount for cleaning it .

We stayed during the colder time in Sa Pa. It was very cold in the breakfast area in the morning (door remained open during the breakfast buffet time), to the point you could see your breath at times.
